When the original contractor hadn't even contacted us after more than two days and the weekend was approaching, we reached out to Wayne Group. Even though it was after hours, someone answered the phone right away. The representative I spoke with promised to call me the next morning, and she did exactly as promised. They had a technician out that same afternoon. Anthony quickly diagnosed what appeared to be the issue. Later that evening, the A/C acted up again, and despite it being after hours, Anthony answered my call and walked me through what was happening. We determined the thermostat was likely the problem. The very next morning (Saturday), they followed up to check on everything and ordered the thermostat. Then, first thing Monday morning, Anthony returned to install it, and the A/C has been working perfectly ever since. With this Florida heat and a 6-year-old in the home, having our A/C restored so quickly meant a great deal. Their professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and follow-through were outstanding. It's refreshing to work with a company that actually does what they say they're going to do. I highly recommend Wayne Group & Services and truly appreciate the excellent service they provided.

Incredible Service and a Game-Changing Cooling Solution!…read more I can't say enough great things about Bre-Easy Ventilation Systems. I recently had them install a ventilation system to complement a split AC unit in my garage, and the entire experience--from consultation to completion--was exceptional. The Bre-Easy team was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my garage layout, answer all of my questions, and explain exactly how the system would work to improve airflow and temperature control. You could tell right away that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The difference since the install has been night and day. Before, my garage would get unbearably hot in the summer--basically unusable during the peak afternoon hours. Now, with the AC and ventilation system working together, it stays cool, dry, and comfortable no matter how high the temperatures climb outside. Whether I'm working on projects, storing gear, or just grabbing something from the fridge out there, it's finally a space I enjoy being in year-round. If you're looking for a smart, reliable way to combat summer heat in your garage--and want a professional team that delivers top-notch service--Bre-Easy is the way to go. This was easily one of the best home improvement decisions I've made!

This was my second call to EZ and the first experience was already questionable but desperate times…read morecall for desperate measures. Our AC was acting up over the holiday and we called back the technician Robert that had previously "fixed" our AC. There is no clear cut pricing everyone likes to charge what they feel is fair for the service calls, our technician Robert was friendly but had zero social cues. He continued to push for work to be done that we were not ready for, he wasn't taking no for an answer. Robert was telling myself and my mother in law my husband said yes so he was going to do the work when my husband and I communicated clearly we did not want to proceed with him and to please leave our home. He stayed outside on the phone with the owner of the company and explained I said no but my husband said yes which was not the case at all. Poor communication is one thing but lack of professionalism and pressuring clients to do work that is costing $385 and then he knocks it down to $350 because he has to drive somewhere to pick up the parts? The most confusing conversation and I'm so glad our regular AC guy came by to confirm we were being taken advantage of. I called the main number and reached a guy to explain the situation I believe his name was Eric. He literally laughed when I explained how uncomfortable it was dealing with Robert. 10/10 would NOT recommend, the work is unclear and they talk so much the entire time you'll be left confused and unsure as to what you're even paying for.
