I've been using Breakwater Cranbury for medical cannabis for 10 years. I have my card for over a…read moredecade, and I wouldn't think of not renewing it and changing to recreational. All of Breakwater's wide variety of products are made in house and they are consistently fresh and of the highest quality, purity, and potency. I tried the other big cannabis, multi-state dispensaries and found their products lacking; dried out flower, hash rosin that was crystallized instead of buttery, and you have to argue about every discount. I went to Breakwater Cranbury yesterday, medical sales only (they have medical and recreational at their Roselle store). They are having a fantastic sale that's going on until February 15, where they stacked all of their discounts without my even having to ask. I saved 42 percent on my order! That means a $400 order cost me just $240! No tax! THIS is why I stay with medical only and Breakwater only! Breakwater is the best by far of any ATC in New Jersey.

Well, maybe not gave, but he let we use the points i would have earned after I paid. Staff are always knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting you the right weed for you. I have been shopping at this Silverleaf exclusively for some time. The front staff is always…read moreprofessional and friendly. You cannot beat the prices. I have never had an issue until Wednesday, July 15th. I had a disappointing/experience with the ounce I purchased and the way it was (not) handled. I was sold flower that the Silverleaf website lists as 38.58% total THC: 34.66% THC with THCa bringing total THC 38.66%. What I got was flower labeled 34.66.% total THC. THCa was not listed. I called the dispensary to discuss and ended up speaking to the manager. He started by condescendingly explaining how THCa works not once, but several times. I am well aware of how it works! I finally had to interrupt him from "explaining" it again to tell him my actual complaint. The label on the product DOES NOT include THCa as an ingredient. He then "explained" (made up) how the grower can choose to list or not list THCa as an ingredient at their discretion. I told him this makes no sense! Why would a grower indicate the total THC is lower on the label than it was advertised on purpose?! He offered no explanation for that. When I told him I was very dissatisfied, he offered no apology or compensation for this misrepresentation of the product. He "explained" that he nor Silverleaf apparently has no control or influence to change false advertising. I asked him if he was saying it was not his/Silverleaf's fault (problem) and he could not (would not) do anything about it. He confirmed it with silence. Needlesstosay I am still far from satisfied. BTW - I checked. NJ state law, DOES, in fact, REQUIRE that growers list THCa on the label. It is NOT left to the grower's discretion. Essentially, the manager/owner(?) was just making things up to get rid of me. Extremely unprofessional. Frankly, he sounded bored. Sadly, moving forward, I will need to check to confirm I am getting what was advertised when (if) I order again. I can no longer trust this dispensary to sell me a product as advertised.

I even scored a better deal on my edibles using the online-ordering in store kiosk (25% off!) than I would've snagging them straight from the floor. Love a system that rewards a savvy shopper. Tons of options from reputable growers.

I had a great first experience with Be. Staten Island location today. I had previously only visited…read moretheir Brooklyn location and had received an email they were offering 30% off your purchase this weekend. Unfortunately the brooklyn location was out of stock of the thc-a dominant products (this is the cannabinoid that helps w migraine associated pain and nausea). I saw that the Staten Island location did have the products I wanted in stock- and is only 15 min further from me via public transit. I called in advance to confirm the 30% off patient appreciation sale. Fernando who I spoke with on the phone was SO nice, so helpful, patient and kind! I had emailed them my certification and card and had placed an order on their website. Fernando confirmed they had everything in stock, that I would receive 30% off and that they are open until 8 pm Thurs- Saturday. (Leafly order confirmation incorrectly says you must arrive by 7 pm to pick up your order) I took the bus from chambers street (same $2.75 mta price) and it was a VERY short walk from the bus stop to the dispensary- maybe 3 minutes. Well you paved sidewalks. I did see plenty of parking on the street as well as a really good looking dim sum place I want to try next time. Bonus points- this location is VERY accessible for individuals with limited mobility or who use mobility devices. There is a low curb, no stairs and plenty of seating once inside. When I got inside, I was checked in immediately as they had received my card and certification via email, they let me go right back. Justin was the budtender who helped me. Super kind, professional and thorough. He checked my order and confirmed I was seeing the items I had requested. He also confirmed the price for me and a breakdown of each item cost after the discount. The price at check out was the same price quoted to me over the phone. No surprises! Be. Staten Island also takes canpay which is my preferred payment method as I never have cash and dislike debit card. Canpay is easy- you pay with your phone, money comes out of your linked bank account, and you are never are charged a fee. It is absurd that manhattan dispensaries like medmen and etain don't accept CanPay and insist on charging debit card processing fees. Bonus #2: I received a bunch of kind freebies from Justin and Fernando including some beautiful pride stickers, a lanyard, BE sunglasses, and even a dry erase board! Score! If you take advantage of their monthly patient appreciation sale to stock up, you can get the 1g select cartridges for $84 each. Anyway, I really appreciated the warm welcome and smooth experience at Be. Staten Island. I do encourage you, all patients to have keep a copy of your certification and card electronically to email the dispensaries you visit in advance. Much easier than having to dig out my paper certification
