I feel like any good smoke shop should be like walking into a crystal palace. If it's not sparkling and making me oh&ah, I'm not impressed. Then I called The Vitamin Shoppe and spoke with Kristina. She was polite, upbeat, friendly and helpful, none of which I received elsewhere. Her personality and customer service skills did not disappoint in person. In addition to getting me too the product I was looking for, she had a great recommendation for an energy drink which was spot on! I got that part and I can understand, however, she also said after the virus issue was over, management was saying we could probably make the return. I then asked if could have some kind of confirmation of that since we don't know who long it could be, and her response was "uh uh we ain't doin none of that". I simply don't appreciate the lack of consideration and the unnecessary snotty remark.
