I live in the neighborhood across Stonebrook from this location. I hoped to find a capsule version of CBD for a loved one who has high anxiety. The clerk showed me an option and I said they would work. The pricing seemed high, but I fight tooth and nail to support local businesses even if I have to pay extra to do so. As I was pulling out my credit card to pay at the register I asked if I could use the restroom. The response I was given was "actually, no". I took a moment to let that sink in, and decided to go ahead and pay as I was with my adult daughter and didn't want to seem entitled. Then I realized something......I am paying 150% more to shop local and am not getting anything in return. I took my card back and thanked the clerk while telling her I would get it online for half price and go home to use the restroom. read more

They just opened a store on Stonebrook in Frisco, this review concerns that location as they just opened and do not have a Yelp profile yet. Immediately upon entering I was graced with three beautiful women who welcomed me with smiles and a greeting. Having 17 years of opiate use and extended Kratom experience, I got tired of the headshop hustle on less-than-desirable Kratom quality and prices, so sought out more qualified pain experts. I was not disappointed! Amber assisted me in selecting the strains that would be suited for someone with my longstanding tolerance. She was thorough and all three ladies answered all of my questions with professionalism. I am about an hour into the Red Horned Maeng Da, mhmmm nice inclination to nod but enough juice to keep you going through any activity. I cannot wait to mix and match the tons of strains they carry, five of which I bought today. I've been buying Kratom at headshops in Dallas and West Hollywood for years, spent a lot of money for less quanity and quality. Make no mistake, for the freshness of their product and the great prices, you would be hardpressed to find a better selection, more knowledgeable or more welcoming staff. This will be my go-to location going forward and have never been more excited for my journey in pain management. Thanks gals for a fantastic first experience with CBD Kratom. My dad can't sleep well at all. He also has diabetes and chronic shoulder pain. I really try to avoid taking things like pain and sleep medication. I've seen what it can do to people and I really wanted to stay away. So I stopped by the CBD Kraton store (conveniently) right off the tollway and in the neighborhood near mine. I only heard surface level information about CBD and decided to check it out for my Dad. First: the store was spotless, welcoming, and clearly organized. Second: Either I looked clearly lost the second I came in or the staff is just nice to everyone. Maddie immediately asked if there was something she could help with to let her know. I took her up on that offer. She was informative, kind, and very patient. Amber was also there to help answer questions, inform me of some special offers, and checked me out. Always, always excellent well informed service. The staff are ALWAYS friendly. Amber is very friendly and educated; Taylor, and Christin are often frequently there and are also extremely helpful. Great products, that DO work and are of obvious excellent quality. The rewards program is excellent, as are the promotions. i went there a couple of months ago, but never got around to writing a review. the store looked absolutely amazing, but there was an extremely rude employee who i think was named amber? anyways... it looked like she just wanted to not be there at all. when i asked her a question about the flower products, her responses were very short, and uninformative. i kept a smile on my face the whole time trying to be nice, talking softly, and she looked as if she just was not having it. idk if she thought i was trying to hit on her or something, but i am most definitely one of the most flamboyant gay guys you will ever meet. i know that it's difficult to separate home life from work life, but someone needs to tell her that's what she needs to do if it was something going on at home. sorry, not sorry!!! read more
