The work still incomplete, and I am still waiting for my windows to receive the wind mitigation work that was supposed to be done. I have been patient, but it is very frustrating to have to paid for a service and still be waiting for everything to be finished. At this point, I feel like there was more urgency about collecting the money than making sure the customer was satisfied and the entire job was completed. Communication and follow-through are extremely important when you are trusting a company with your home, and I do not feel that I received the level f service I expected. I was provided with a contact number to arrange this, and I have made several attempts to reach that person, but I have not received a response or been able to get the issue resolved. I would have preferred to leave a positive review, but until the remaining work is completed and this situation is resolved, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Craig, their salesman, was the only pleasant part of this whole process along with Leah, who unfortunately is no longer with the company. We signed contracts in June for seven new slider windows under the impression these are the most efficient windows available and that we would qualify for any and all grants/rebates we could find. We did have to check in regularly as to when the windows were ready for installation. Finally in August 2025 we were set for installation. They were installed by one guy, which was haphazardly coordinated. We were originally advised two guys would do the install. These are large windows. The installer left all kinds of trash in the yard. We had one window malfunction at the beginning of September and would not close. My boyfriend was reaching out for assistance from 3pm on. No one would take care of us until the next day. We had to scramble to Home Depot to get some insulated cover so we could cool the house to sleep as this was September 4, 2025. The windows failed the first inspection in October 2025 for the same issues (improperly installed sliders). The same installer came out to fix the issues with the sliders so it could pass. According to their "punch-out list" the messy caulk should have been scraped but it wasn't. Screens that are too loose were installed. One window came cracked so we had to wait another few weeks for a replacement. On to the fun part. We've been requesting an itemized invoice for over a month and been met with nothing but rude responses from an unnamed supervisor. I've also discovered that the windows do not meet the maximum allowed efficiency rating (the U rating) by Duke Energy so between the higher than expected U rating and failure to obtain an itemized invoice showing the cost of the windows, parts & labor, we have been denied the Duke Energy rebate. Now, we're not even eligible for the tax credit without this invoice and we are being met with silence. Better than the nasty response previously provided but certainly not helpful. I'm deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism and have reached out to an attorney who specializes in deceptive practices. We will also be contacting inspectors to ensure the installation was done correctly since we never met the person in the company who actually holds a contractors license.

Don't let the minimal reviews fool you, they're just new to Yelp. We've previously used other cleaning services and Carol (owner) and team are truly the best with their quality and detailed work, reasonable pricing, communication and availability, and being pet (dog) friendly! We have Carol come every 2-3 weeks and are located in the Winter Garden area, but I know she does all areas from Wekiva/Altamonte out to Winter Garden. The team cleans all sinks, showers, toilets, floors (vacuum + mop), blinds, kitchen appliances, counters , and empty's the trash efficiently but very diligent. The first few cleanings Carol walked me around the home to ensure it was up to expectations and is always considerate of working around our work from home schedules. I have recommended the team to multiple friends, family members, and neighbors, and will continue to do so!

Fast track a year of service and I begin noticing changes in the cleaning (cleaning aid was no longer changing the garbage bags, instead of two people , only one person was coming to clean my home (it's supposed to be a team of two) and schedules became more difficult to coordinate. Apparently the main cleaning aid that I had built a rapport with had left SAB but no one bothered to mention it to me until I called out the cleaning Aid and asked what was going on. My contract was with SAB yet I never received any notice from them. I contacted them and they said they would look into it but never replied. When I followed up they referred me to their Miami division manager. I spoke with her and we scheduled a meeting to meet, it was a no show, they never came by. I followed up again and I was advised by the office manager that she would speak to the owner. Guess what happened next: again no call back, no follow up. Nothing. The only reason why I am not giving a one star review is because of the 1.5 years of cleaning service provided. What a disappointment.

When I started back up again, I had different people (apparently the girl i used before - Michelle - was no longer with the company) and they do a terrible job. 1. They used to clean my house for at least 2.5, usually 3 hours. I have a 4 BR 3.5 bath so this seems reasonable to me. The new people were done in 1-1.5 hours. This is completely unreasonable for a house of my size. See #3. 2. They used to charge me $85 every other week. When they started again after renovation, they charged me $130 for a "deep" clean and then $95 bi-weekly. They said they could not match the $85 that they used to offer me. Not to mention the "deep" clean was only 2 hours long and was the same exact cleaning as a normal cleaning. I inquired about this and they told me to make up for it they can offer another "deep" cleaning for the $95. So basically that did nothing since the "deep" cleaning was the same as the normal cleaning. 3. My house was NOT EVEN CLEAN. I literally took a white wash cloth to my shower when they said they were done and I filled the whole towel with soap scum and grime. It was like they didn't even touch it. I politely asked them to re clean it, which they did. While they were doing that I went downstairs to check their work and the stairs still had dirt and cat hair on them. The kitchen sink was not cleaned at all. The downstairs bathroom not even touched. The kitchen floor had crumbs and dirt still on it. They did not even mop the upstairs. Not to mention they left my door open downstairs for 20 minutes and I have noticed several bugs flying around. Needless to say I will be terminating the service and I would recommend avoiding SAB Cleaning.
