Most lawyers just take cases they can make easy money on but not him. Hassan Ahmad is running to stand up for our values in the Virginia House of Delegates on a platform centered in protecting and advocating for immigrants. That alone speaks highly of a lawyer that truly cares and believes in us. His team is extremely knowledgeable and highly responsive which goes a long way. Sharifa Abbasi is extremely knowledgeable and professional Attorney with a great personal touch and Humza kasmi is another fantastic attorney who helped me towards the end of my individual hearing . We were on a time crunch and he came through miraculously always making me feel that I was taken care of. You couldn't ask for better service. After trying for over ten years with a succession of different lawyers to remove conditions on green card and terminate removal proceedings,I went to HMA law firm and sat down with Hassan.Hassan and his team moved by my tragic story which was very complicated .Mr.Hassan saw a clear strategy that needed to be implemented. They secured all my documentation from the old attorney. The case was then set for oral argument in April 8th 2019. Mr.Hassan and his team spent days preparing for argument since the case was extremely complex. At argument, I was asked tough questions by government and IJ and given a chance to tell my story after hearing my testimony and witness testimony IJ granted permanent Green card and terminated removal proceedings. In Short period Mr.Hassan and his team had brought an immigration nightmare of 11 years to an end.I did extensive research and talked to many lawyers. This office is hands down the best I found and I don't see anyone regret putting their lives in the hands of such amazing professionals.

I cannot say enough good things about Paul Samokow. From start to finish, he went above and beyond…read morefor me. He fought tirelessly for me after I suffered a second-degree burn on my chest from a malfunctioning device. The manufacturer was based in China, which made the case extremely challenging and lengthy, but Paul never backed down--not for a second. During this process, I was laid off for the first time in my life, and I became genuinely fearful that the case wouldn't resolve or that the money wouldn't come through. Paul reassured me every step of the way and, if anything, fought even harder when I needed it most. He is truly the bearer of good news--he does not believe in delivering anything less. Something else that sets Paul apart from other attorneys is his responsiveness. He answers his phone, every single time. He is prompt. He is reliable. Honestly, he is one of the most responsive professionals I have ever worked with, which is incredibly impressive given his caseload. I saw firsthand the difference between Paul and another attorney my cousin was working with at the same time--and the contrast was night and day. If you have the opportunity to work with Paul Samokow, you will be blessed. I am beyond grateful for him!

Nevertheless , in my case I was charged with two misdemeanors that could have messed up my future and withheld me from getting new jobs. I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Had it not been for Rex my charges for Mari and CC would not have been dismissed. Oh and another thing REX isn't out to over charge people he is genuinely a great person. I consulted with him and he gave me a fair price considering my situation. After consulting with him I did what every other smart person would do and that's shop around to see where I could get the best bang for my buck. All the other DA's where trying to charge me 4K while Rex charged me a little under half of that. REX is phenomenal and is your go to guy if you are truly a good person and ever in an unfortunate situation like I was. THANK YOU REX!

During the consultation I was given the appearance that the firm was a professional firm that was willing to assist with our needs. After being quoted a price and required documentation I made the decision to use this firm and what a mistake. My first appointment I was left standing at the door waiting so the assistant ( his wife) could put her child in the bus. I am always contacted at the last min and asked to produce documents within a moments notice so that the can file them before the court closes at 5pm. When reading over documents I have found errors that needed to be corrected and resubmitted. They are constantly missing deadlines to file motions on my behalf even though they were also notified. I have to constantly call and complaint or demand results before I EVER get a response or follow up phone call from Mr. Morris himself. Nor am I ever properly updated on my case. I was even told "well you are not our only client" but when I pay my money I should feel like I am. After my experience with this case and once complete, I will never be a returning client! I would not even refer anyone to this law office. I am very disappointed in the service I have received from this firm.
