I endured this, however. I completed my studies at Carrington and went on to deal with a very difficult externship. I was so excited to graduate and walk across the stage. When that day came, I found myself in the hospital after a horrible accident. I reached out to the staff at Carrington and asked them if I could please be given the opportunity to participate in a later graduation ceremony, so I could still walk across the stage and celebrate all the hard work I had put in and endured. I was told that I would hear from Kathy Bailey about participating in the next graduation ceremony. I never heard from her. It has been 10 months. Ive already accepted the fact that I will not be getting a graduation. The robes that I purchased with my own hard earned money are collecting dust and will never be worn. This is my own experience at carrington. I strongly encourage any student seeking to further their education to look elsewhere. Don't waste your time and your energy.

The only thing is that for the smaller schools, like the one my girlfriend's daughter attends for actual high school, I wish EVIT offered some sort of shuttle service. The bigger schools have buses but the small schools don't have that luxury.

I am also a student who has an IEP, Autism&ADHD so i tend to forget some stuff, yet my teachers and EVIT seems to not understand or care and without warning penalize me such as (takes pts away, give saturday school,OOO out of school suspension if you dont make it exactly at 8:00 for saturday school at EVIT), WITHOUT WARNING! which hurts me as their student so i am making this review to hopefully show y'all and EVIT this is frustrating as a student and parent. None of my EVIT teachers gave me a paper about expectations everyday in class at the begin of the year,failed multiple times to explain what punishments happens to EVIT students when not in full uniform, doesn't give no info on paper to students like what is the point of my IEP if EVIT just ignores my disabilities .P.S Understand #### Happens.
