He was not very knowledgeable about a lot of the current laws and tax write off as he should have been. The office was extremely hard to get any questions answered when I called updates. I used him last year and would very much warn people not to go with him. Realize how incompetent he was until we've used a professional CPA that was very knowledgeable and professional this year. He will do this privately without the usual procedures involving his client concierge or onboarding agents like Austin or Taylor. Blaming automated billing systems, merchant software, He will say whatever is needed to buy time. It appears as though misappropriated client funds are carrying his business and lifestyle. Everything is "5-10 business days" or "the card is showing as declined on my end". You would think that a licensed tax professional would run meticulous accounting on their business accounts--not here. You will have to pay another more reputable firm to correct everything. Spend countless hours disputing credit card charges. Etc. This is absolutely terrifying that someone like this has all of your most privileged information. Existing clients be sure to check your credit reports!! He is actively being investigated for credit card fraud, EA misconduct, BEWARE!!
