The zip line was a lot of fun. The bridges added some challenge. The staff was great and patient!

I really thought I was going to love this but in the end too many things bothered me about it…read more First, we had a reservation for 10 for the 3 hour adventure but didn't get started until almost 10:30. Some of that time was waiting for the last 2 people to show up which they did at 10 or few minutes after. After that we weren't sure what the hold up was. Sean was our guide. Perhaps he isn't really a "people person " or he was having a bad day. He didn't seem into it but the worst part was that he left us. After the 3 of the 5 sites we saw him only 1x maybe 2x. He gave us no indication that we were going to be on our own. One other guy did pass under us and asked if we were doing good but I think he was just passing by. I was with a friend and when either one of us had done zip line previously there were people to help or over see at each end of a line. Obviously this was different. So glad we didn't have an emergency. Another issue I had was the landing areas esp for site 2- the wood chips were built up so high, all 6 of the people in our ground fell or landed pretty hard. One lady thought her back was bleeding. The last 3 zip lines I didn't fall but it wasn't pretty site either I'm sure. Ha. I started in a group of 6 but then only my friend and I completed the last 2 sites. I don't think that had anything to do with our guide but was a more a reflection on those folks. Their platforms at the top of the trees are very small so when you reach the end of an "obstacle " it was hard to stand on platform to unhook from the cable. The bumpers (not sure of right term) extended too far away from the platform on quite few of the trees which added to difficulty. It was nice that they water at each of the sites. Also their store prices on items that you might need such as gloves were very reasonable. While we were completing site 5 we saw a deer right below us so that was cool. Tips: gloves with exposed fingertips are better especially if you want to take pictures, wear older clothes and look at as many pictures as you can find of the " adventures" so you know what to expect.

So much fun! We did the tree top adventure for my 60th bday and it was a blast! I felt safe and it…read morewas so memorable.

There is the House itself, full of odd, interesting, quirky and fascinating bits of history. There is the Pirate themed park in the grounds including paddle boat swans and a small railway and a few other rides. and lastly, there is a whole series of adventure sports from Archery to paint balling. It's not cheap, 55 Euro for myself, Wifey and child to gain entry (inc. 5% on-line discount), that gives you entry into the house and includes the swan boats, train, cannon ball slide and a few others. you pay extra for the adventure stuff. For that 55 Euro you can, as we did, spend a very pleasant afternoon wandering the grounds interspersed with the odd activity. The Swan boats; they look great and I couldn't believe they put no time restriction on you... no one is chasing you after 15 mins. The reason for this is simple, they are bloody exhausting!!! after 20 mins, I happily docked the thing and went for a nice relaxing heart attack and a coffee. Coffee and cakes were taken in the cafe in the main house - it was fine, not overly expensive but apart from some half decent coffee the rest was a bit "Meh!". Overall, well worth an afternoon and if you can finsh it off with wings and a pint in the Tavern down the road, all the better.

This is a great place to go as a family. There are lots of activities to keep the kids amused. Zip…read morewire, zorbing, swan pedal boats, archery to name a few. We went solely to see the house and were not disappointed. There is a large number of rooms open to view which are beautifully furnished with plenty of information too. A very enjoyable day.

I was excited to take my two kids 10 and 14 years because I thought they would have a lot of fun. My daughter, the older one after doing two activities decided she was bored and no longer wanted to participate, but I don't think that has to do anything with the park. It was more something happen. She got upset and had a bad attitude, ha ha ha ha teenagers. I decided to then participate with my son. We had purchased the two hour wristbands and I would say the 90 minutes is plenty of time to experience the park. There are a variety of slides and activities however, for that duration of time it feels like you run out of things to do for the kids they have no problem going up and down those stairs that you have to climb to get to the slides, however, for the adults, I will warn it's quite a good workout. When we arrived. It was super packed, a lot of birthday parties going on and just a lot of people in general. I'm not sure if it's because the weather was cooler outside and people wanted to do something inside, but it could've also been because it was a Saturday. When you check in, you have to make sure to fill out a waiver before you can go and pay and purchase your tickets, that's a little bit of a hassle, but if you go online and handle it before you arrive that will expedite the process. Also at the check-in counter they will upsell you for slushy's. I went ahead and opted for this because I know my kids enjoy them. When I went to go redeem them, It was a bit of a wait in line at the snack place. They seemed a little short staffed. Overall there were employees around, the majority of them being teenagers and I think it was a little bit too lax on the supervision. Not sure if they truly grasp the importance of safety and definitely there aren't employees stationed at every slide. I was kind of glad that I was going around with my son because if you have some unruly children, cutting lines and pushing people down the slides, there aren't always employees around to put them in check. Overall it was a fun experience to try once we don't have anything like this back home but I'm not sure that I would go again. It's a more of a one and done experience for us.

Definitely a fun place for the kids that they did not want to go home after three hours here…read more There were a lot of different slides for the kids to try. The slides were pretty long and the kids slides down pretty fast. This place was so crowded when we went here this past Sunday.

Then, the fact that they demand you turn off your headlights and only go to running lights when the driving trail isn't well lit and there's serious inclines and declines is bothersome. Parking for Santa's toy shop and snacks is a gravel pit and very tight so it's best to get in and get out. There is no Santa on hand for kids to talk to or take pictures with, as he's in a small outhouse-like shanty near the end of the run. There is a mail box on the right side of the road to drop off your kid's letter to Santa in. But beware, you're not getting out without paying the toll of $35 per car, or $50 per limo/bus/trailer vehicle. Very underwhelming and rather disappointing. Also, lots of flashing lights that will impact your kids or adults with light sensitivity issues......with no warning signs.
