This business is an embarrassment to Missouri tourism. We went floating with a group of friends who came in from all over the country and unfortunately got a completely unnecessary and unrelenting dose of blatant racism from Ken, the bus driver, who held us all captive for no reason on the bus once we arrived at the river and used the n-word multiple times when describing an outdated name for a local landmark. He acknowledged that he knew it made people uncomfortable but continued to double down and repeat the offensive word, saying that it was fine because he (a white man) knew some Black people when he was growing up. After we had to repeatedly ask to be let off the bus, several of us attempted to convey how inappropriate Ken's language and behavior was. His response was to ask who we voted for in the presidential election and to dismiss us as customers when we said that should not matter. The clear message was that we were snowflakes, and if we were offended, it was our problem, and he didn't need our business. He certainly will not be getting it in the future. read more

I'm not the best person to be writing a review for 3 Bridges as I didn't select them or take part in the transaction of raft rental. Late last summer was my first-ever float trip. The people I went with just counted me and I showed up. I paid and floated and came back and that was that. I will say that the prices seemed reasonable to me, there was a clean restroom, the bus ride to the drop-off point was pleasant, and everything was handled very professionally.
