They run a tight operation and even if there's a line in the middle of the lunch rush, you will have your bowl in hand in minutes. There's so many vegan options, my head was spinning. I opted for a savory lentil base and my bowl was loaded with hummus, falafel, olives, peppers, tahini and veggies. It was just what the hunger gods had ordered. I'm picky about falafel, but here it's unique, tender, and flavorful. Not pasty nor dry. There's plenty of seating and although fast casual, it's comfortable enough to allow for a work meeting or hanging out with friends.
