I came for opening day and was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. I built my own bowl with arugula, white rice, chicken and all the toppings. I always create my own bowl as I can be a bit picky with sauces and toppings that come in the premade combinations. Service was pretty quick, and my bowl was made in record speed. It is a typical made to order bowl or pita place where you walk in get on line and ask for what you want on your bowl or pita and then seat yourself. It has a modern decor and appeared to be very clean. They also have a few bowl combinations on the menu to try. I decided to go with the Harissa chicken avocado bowl but I took out the dressing because I asked if it was overly spicy and they said it was. I went with the lemon tahini dressing instead and boy was that a tasty bowl. The whole thing just explodes in your mouth. The ingredients in this bowl are perfectly paired. There was something still spicy in my bowl not sure if it was the chicken or something else but either way it was the right amount of spice for me.
