Great service! The crew is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Our server was knowledgeable and offered great recommendations, which made the meal even better. The food is exceptional fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I left feeling fully satisfied and can't wait to return. Highly recommend! Especially this location! read more

amazing staff gives great food thas it 5 stars so so so so. rigo ken and ehily were the people who served me. come thru!

It was my first time and I was not impressed. It was just so so. I had the falafel crunch bowl. The staff didn't help much on the order procedure. I really enjoy good crunchy, crisp falafel and sadly the pitiful two small and I mean small falafel balls were mushy, barely warm and missed the mark by a long shot. Remember it is called a crunchy bowl. So much for crunchy plus for an additional crunch it was supposed to come with pita chips and I got none. Again, where is the crunch? The roasted vegetables were mostly carrots and they were cooked to mush and not very palatable. The roasted Brussel sprouts were good so too bad there were only a few. The black lentils were tasteless. The best part of the not so crunchy bowl was the tomato cucumber mix, pickled cucumber, romaine lettuce and pickles. The real saver was the dill-cucumber yogurt sauce. That is the real star that they have right. read more

Ran into Kayla while ordering she's very sweet and patient and looked and kept everything clean it seemed. Will be returning based off my experience! read more

Really good customer service, the food is great and have several options available especially for vegetarians!

This location is usually good about completing my order. This was not the case today. I ordered a steak salad with no feta and added on some pita crisps. What do I see when I open the container? Steak and leafy greens with the sauces. No pickled onions. No corn. No pita crisps. No tomatoes and onions. The only thing I omited was the feta! Every bite I took of that salad was just another layer of disappointment and bitterness. I would have understood if they told me they needed more time to complete the salad because when I came in they were a bit busy and I saw that there was two stacks of bowls to the side. I assume it was for catering or something. Anyways I will not be coming back to this location because I don't want to pay $15+ for a salad that doesn't have everything in it. read more

CAVA - Salad Near Me - Sugar Land, Texas

I was absolutely pleased with my first visit. I told Mohamed that it was my 1st time there and he explained to me that it was like chipotle but better. He explained the choosing process and made it easy for me to put together what I thought was the best bowl. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patient, I will definitely be back. My new favorite place and price was pretty reasonable. read more

CAVA - Brown rice, chicken, pickled onions, feta, veggies, tomatoes and tzatziki on the side. Super good! - Salad Near Me - Sugar Land, Texas

fire Dayanara.. who even hired someone so unprofessional and rude? I don't expect you to serve me grinning ear to ear, but her attitude blew my mind. If you hate your job or hate people so much, why do you even work there? Please get rid of her, charging extra rice for 20 grains more is wild. Will not be going again, to say the least read more

If you want the 3rd world experience in Texas just visit this establishment. Dirty floors and tables and the servers don't bother changing gloves after handling your money. Guess they are trying to save the planet by reducing hygienic products. Also trash cans were over flowing and no one batted an eye when I mentioned it. Be sure to have your google translator at the ready because I English not on the menu. Epic read more

I usually like Cava but this location missed! Half of my items were missing. Whatever was delivered was wrong and did not taste fresh. read more

Love other cava's but this locations customer service is beyond sub par. I've called their phones multiple times, never answer. When you walk in you get no hello just everyone staring at you like it's your fault they work there and it's a bother you are coming to get food read more

I have to up the stars bc I've been back a few more times and my food has not disappointed in the slightest. I really need to venture into their other protein options (barring that awful falafel) but I keep coming back to their harissa honey chicken. Love it in a bowl with right rice arugula and all the accoutrements plus the garlic dressing and Greek vinaigrette. I also do a scoop of roasted veggies (half chicken plus half veggies). Pita chips side are a must! So yum. All together upwards of 1000 calories according to their counter (!) but I've split over 2 meals and still found it filling. I've even ordered through the app and had no issues w my food or order. Service is nothing to rave about but overall I'm glad I gave Cava another chance. read more

Cava is sooo delicious. It gives chipotle a run for its money. The quality of food is great and everything is customizable from the type of meat, carb, sauces, toppings etc. I have ordered this place twice in the last couple weeks! I definitely recommend the harissa chicken with the protein rice with tzaziki sauce and don't forget to order the side order of pita chips!!! They're the best I've ever had! read more

I usually always come here and the staff is super nice and the food is always great. Also very clean location! read more

Cava has a good product. Their customer service is really bad. They act like it is worst job ever.

Service was amazing and the food was excellent. The service was as undefeated as it gets and the food is uncontested.

I place an order and need to cancel right away but you cannot!!! Not on the app and if you call you cannot get a hold of anyone cause the option to talk to someone disconnects the phone-call! read more

Service here is absolutely horrendous. The first girl to take our order was extremely rude and dismissive, the second girl (was in training) was like a deer in headlights with no head provided. On top of that the cook in the back was making sexual comments. The food was amazing, I would give this location more than one star, if it wasn't for the absolutely poor management because they haven't seem to solved this issue. read more

Servers seem unaware of what's going on . Nobody seems to know what goes on what and the serving sizes are not even adequate for a child. when you ask a question they look like a deer in headlights. They are totally lost. read more

I'm so sad making this review because I LOVE CAVA but I have to warn you NOT to go to this location. My pita is extremely dry!!! All of the ingredients taste like they're old. I've never had bad CAVA. This was a first and I'm so upset. It's like they threw it together. Dry and bad tasting. 0/10! read more

OBSESSED!! Like...visited 3xs in a week obsessed! Just order this when you go and thank me later lol: The Harissa Avocado Bowl Pita Chips (not the free pita bread) Pineapple Apple Mint drink read more

Food was amazing however one male worker was rude to me, my friend, other customers, and other staff.

I had an amazing experience at Cava thanks to Kayla! She was super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude really made my visit special. Highly recommend her! read more

I like Cava but NOT this location! PSA it is worth it to drive to another location!!! The customer service here is so awful and it makes me so upset each time I come. They also give really small portions and if you ask for more they say they will have to charge you extra. I decided today after how I was treated to not come back to this location ever again. The person working today did not have gloves on and then took my pita bread and put it on her shirt on her stomach to spread the hummus!! There was food and who knows what else all over her shirt which was very very dirty: and also who would do that! Geez! She saw my face of horror and got another one, still no gloves, Gave me small portions and insisted she should charge me more for any more that what she was giving me. I wont be back to this location. it's rude, small portions and not hygienic! read more

I really like this place! Everything is freshly made and so delicious! I normally get the bowl with lots of veggies and chicken, so healthy and yummy. They also have kids meals with pita, protein and veggies, my kids loved it! read more

I only had cava once before this at the cinco ranch location and this location is so much better. Absolutely loved the bowl, so much flavor. It was filling enough and I had leftovers for dinner. Bad location in TC though since parking is a pain. read more

First time here. I ordered a chef inspired bowl-- the one with chicken in it. I think I paid $15 for it. It was tasty but a bit mushy and lacked more veggies. I wasn't impressed especially with all the hype about Cava. read more

Great service and good quality. I 10/10 recommend Cava to everyone. I definitely recommend trying the braised lamb!

Just stopped by here to pick up lunch to go for my coworkers and I. We have all come to the consensus for the price , the portions given are much too small. Essentially this serves as more of a snack then lunch. One of my co workers got a vegan bowl and my other corworker got a bowl with basically everything in it . For them being the same price the vegan bowl was substantially smaller . The workers need to do a better job of distributing the proteins/ salad/ rice evenly and not be stingy , no one was even full because of how small they make the portions . For $14 this is unacceptable , never coming back to this location .They also did not offer the free pita . Highly do not recommend , save your money and go to Zoa ( highly underrated spot ) read more

Cava is one of my favorite places to eat. I don't know why it is not more highly rated. To anyone that doesn't know the beauty and amazingness that is Cava, I tell everyone this is the Mediterranean version of Chipotle. There are always huge portions and I am in love with all their toppings that it's always so hard to decide. The red pepper hummus, harissa honey chicken, and fire-roasted corn are literally 3 of the greatest creations known to man. I love the free additional piece of pita bread as well which is just the perfect icing on the cake. read more

This location is amazing! Staff, especially Kelly, is very patient and helpful when ordering food!

I am so upset walking out of CAVA, with my $20+ receipt. Every time I come in, I have always paid up to $17 when I get full serving of meat and veggies. And $14 when I get half veggies and half meat. This time she charged me for extra veggies and extra sweet potatoes. When I never get charged $3.05 for the sweet potatoes since I'm already paying for the extra veggies. I also looked it up on the cava app, and the $17 is accurate when I select the things I selected in my bowl. The manager was SO rude today, it was insane. Plus she kept saying how she was going to quit today. She needed to quit last week. Every time I am here, they are severely understaffed. It took 30 mins to get my order, the last two times, they were out of lamb, so I waited the first time and second time opted for the chicken because I was on my lunch break. Also, the lamb meatballs are becoming smaller and smaller every time. The HEIGHTS LOCATION is so much better!! The staff non-stop gossip instead of serving. Like if you're gossiping, cool. But don't gossip with your hands- they need to be simultaneously serving. It's called multitasking. They either need to train their staff better or close down. Every time, I have walked in here, there has been an issue with the staff. Like it's ridiculous. Who ever owns this place, needs to do a serious revamp of the entire staff- minus the cooks. Because the rest of them are incompetent. Or they are under-paid , I'm not sure what the issue is. But one person serving a lunch crowd?? And the manager at that? On top of that, she kept dropping my toppings. She dropped half of the second serving of my veggies and charged extra. And she dropped half of my toppings. It's insane. To the owner- please do a complete rehire. read more

Ok, so definitely go in person because you will get your money's worth of food. Also, not sure why not many people try it out but the braised lamb is CHEF'S KISS. read more

I love Cava. It's one of my favorite restaurants due to the fresh Mediterranean inspired options and clean and inviting atmosphere. Today I dropped the kids off at First Colony Mall and popped into this location for a quick bite. The staff refused to acknowledge me. Then when they did they treated me like I was an inconvenience but was super polite to a guest behind me. They created my bowl very poorly and intentionally so to make sure I felt uncomfortable. Both workers barely spoke a word to me. Finally when I went to pay the girl didn't even offer to open my bottled blueberry soda which is not a twist off. I won't be returning to this location ever if I can help it. I'm still floored at how horribly I was treated. They were dismissive and rude. read more
