The workouts are challenging but scalable for all levels. Whether you're brand new to CrossFit or more experienced, you'll feel right at home here. Saturdays are partner workouts. You can bring a friend or get paired up and make a new one. It's a great way to connect with others while getting stronger. The gym also offers 24/7 access so you can workout anytime day or night. They did not let me workout tonight when I made it there by 7:31pm and honestly it ruined my mood. When I signed up for 6 months with 9Round, I expected them to stay open until 8pm, but apparently even though I pay them $100 every single month and I've purchased 9Round workout gear, they don't think I'm worth 29 minutes. The business operating hours extened until 8pm. Why is it that when I make it there before closing that I can't workout?

The race they ran (walked) prior to the crossfit competition was very well organized and they gave special announcements/awards for several of the participants. The games themselves were well organized. They communicated very well how everything was going to be ran and where you needed to be and at what time. They kept everything flowing and finished on time (relatively close...delayed a little from the run prior to the event). Staff is friendly and worked the event very well, communicating with participants what they needed to do next and directed them to the next station, quickly, upon completion of the current event. Great event! We would go here again.

I called and they welcomed myself and my daughter, who is a High school senior. The staff is so friendly, encouraging, and great about correcting form, gently.
