There was a sign instructing clients to use the hand sanitizer before picking up a tissue to use to open the door before disposing it in a trash can inside. As a medical spa, preexisting cleaning protocols and routines were already adequate, but now they have upped the frequency of disinfecting the facility. All safety measures were explained to me so that I felt comfortable with going forward with my facial. Cass was amazing. I was a late to my appointment and had to take more time than expected to fill out the medical history and COVID related paperwork but he was able to accommodate me. (I'd recommend getting there factoring 20 minutes to thoroughly fill out the forms.) Anyway, Cass took the time to go over all of my medications, skin care products, skin care routine, and explain what my skin needed and didn't need. He was so accommodating with answering my questions and it was a very enjoyable experience. He was amazing like I did not feel uncomfortable, rushed, or pressured to purchase any products used afterwards. I scheduled my next facial with him that very day and it was a much needed self care experience. I went to Fresh once before early this year and had another esthetician who is no longer there who I can't say the same about, so I really enjoyed this one with Cass! Would definitely recommend.

But I feel like I got duped. During the facial, she asks me which serum I want and she shows me this menu. I see the $50 price tag next to each serum and I just assume it's included in the $180 my husband already paid, yeah no, not included! For one application of one serum.., really?! Then she tried to sell me some products for another $120. I've had way better facials for much less money. Would not recommend this place since all they are interested in is charging you for extra unnecessary things. Very disappointed. Won't be going back here. Oh, not to mention the esthetician nearly burned my skin off with whatever she put on it. Stay away unless you have lots of money and thick skin.

I was referred to Dr. Howell and already knew he was going to be great but I was still shocked at just how great! Upon entering, I was already at ease with the waterfall near the entrance, such a calming vibe! The clinic is super clean, bright and modern! The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. I filled out my new patient paperwork and sat less than 5 mins before I was called back by a physicians assistant. (I didn't get her name but she was amazing also). She went over everything with me, talked to me about different options, showed me the different filler types and let me feel them on a display. Very informative and helpful without being pushy at all. She numbed me, took before photos and I waited a few mins for Dr. Howell to come in. He was very friendly and has very good energy!! (I'm big on reading peoples vibes and the energy they give off) I never for a second felt nervous or scared! Dr. Howell gave me time to discuss my concerns and wants. Every issue I had was addressed and I am just so happy! I had undereye filler, chin filler, lip filler & Botox! It was my first time for the undereye and I am soooo pleased! I look so refreshed and well rested! Like a woman who gets 10 hours a sleep every night lol. I look and feel exactly how I had hoped! Younger & more confident! The rest of the staff, the clinic coordinator, the NPs and assistants, all amazing! Very sweet, helpful and just incredible! I can't recommend Dr. Howell and his staff enough! It wasn't until I clicked through to a second page after the fact .. that a 50-unit minimum was written at the very bottom -- in tiny print....easy to overlook. I paid a $50 deposit based on the ad. When I arrived, I was first told I "needed" 90 units -- which would have cost $900. I was then told about the 50-unit minimum, which I had never seen listed on the original ad. I called back trying to work it out by asking if I could simply purchase regular-priced Botox by the unit instead. The ad said their regular price is $13/unit, but I was told that the regular price is $16/unit, and that they would not open a vial for a small number of units. I asked for my deposit back since the pricing and requirements were not clearly disclosed. They kept my $50 deposit. I'm sharing this so others know to read every page carefully. The minimum purchase requirement and price inconsistencies were not made clear up front. I hope the business updates its advertising to be more transparent.
