When I reached out, he was very quick to respond and was willing to work within my budget. The day of the photoshoot came and unfortunately circumstances made us (really) late but Dakota was very gracious and was still willing to work with us and provide a quality shoot. Not only that, but when extended family wanted to add another hour to the shoot, Dakota was more than willing to give us more time and even refused to charge us for the additional hour (which speaks to his character) (Of course we insisted on paying though). The shoot went very well and we were promised a 3 day turnaround and got our pictures within 3 days. Excellent photographer. Excellent communication skills. All around great service.
