As soon as I spoke with her I had no hesitations about booking; she was personable and professional and got me really excited. The day of our shoot was just as great. I chose to have professional hair and makeup there at her studio before, which I also highly recommended. For my session we walked around downtown LB and she helped me come out of my shell and show my personality in my photos. I got a little taste of what a celebrity might feel like, which was super fun! The final photos speak for themselves and I couldn't be happier.

I interviewed and loved her instantaneous. Ask her if she was able to start that night and she did. Best gut decision ever. From when my baby was 6 days old until this week when he turns 3 months Jenne has worked with us as a night nanny. The entire time she has done his tongue and lip tie exercises after every feed and the first 7 weeks when we syringe fed him she fed him with her finger without issue (my own mom wouldn't do it). She also helped us transition him to a bottle and ultimately back nursing again. Furthermore, she happily supported us doing dishes, folding clothes, cleaning and sanitizing pump parts and meticulously storing my frozen milk. Jenne is a unique gem. She is smart (a UCLA grad), capable and always seeking new ways to grow. Furthermore, despite her own deep knowledge on babies she listens and follow your instructions, which is rare. Most importantly she genuine cared for my son and his wellbeing and wanted what was best for him- to get him back nursing- even though it would mean working herself out of a job. She is a true woman of integrity. Super blessed we found Jenne. She truly saved my nursing relationship with my son. I will forever be grateful to her for her invaluable support these early months and credit her as a critical component to why my son is back exclusively nursing. Thank you Jenne for everything!

Kelly arrived promptly on the day of and immediately got to work. She was never obtrusive while getting shots done. She works in a business-like and professional manner with a lot of sensitivity to the wedded couple. Family photos were a bit of a hassle because our family members kept wandering off or not listening to directions- Kelly handled them with patience and tolerance and we got the shots we wanted! I really loved working with Kelly when it was just the couple photos. She was really great at directing us and getting the photos we will treasure forever. I was very nervous about having to be photographed all day but she put me completely at ease and would show us shots on the digital camera just to keep us involved with how the photos were looking. At the reception she did a magnificent job of capturing the special moments on the dance floor without ever interrupting things- she would see a moment happening a capture it right there! This is different from my experience at other weddings where the photographers are in the way or trying to get guests to recreate a candid moment. If you are planning an L.A. wedding then you cannot do better than hiring Kelly for your photographs :)

She answered all of our questions and was very professional. Because of my hectic schedule, I had to move our engagement session a couple of times, and Tana was very understanding. I could go on about how amazing Tana is, but instead I will highlight what we loved most about her... Her talent- Tana has an amazing eye! She really captured our personalities and the fun moments from our wedding. We didn't have a videographer, so I really relied on photos from Tana. And she did not disappoint. Looking back at the photos, I don't even know how she shot them. Really, she is so talented! Her ability to blend in- I've been to a few weddings where I suddenly get distracted by a photographer and their flashes. I understand that sometimes, a photographer must do everything he/she can to get a shot, but I also feel like it takes away from some special moments. What I really liked about Tana is her ability to blend in during our ceremony and reception. It really helped us (and our guests) to remain comfortable. I think that's extremely important for an events photographer. Her professionalism and kindness- My husband and I really wanted to make sure we found a photographer that we got along with. This is one of the most important days of our lives and we wanted to make sure that we not only trusted the photographer, but also would be okay with the photographer giving us directions. Tana was very professional, fun, and kind. She and her 2nd shooter (Jan) were very calm on the day of, which I personally really appreciated! Our bridal party was also very happy and comfortable with them. We got married on one of the hottest days in October (97 degrees!) and Tana was really sensitive to keeping us cool and happy! We really could not have picked a better photographer! We tell everyone we know about her and we highly recommend her for your wedding or special event.
