These guys were super to work with as they don't try to put me off to another day when they realized I lived 3 hours away. They explained everything they were going to do and when done reviewed everything they had completed. Service was completed on time with excellent service and communication. I had a couple of engine codes causing the check engine light to come on. They didn't try to up sell me in the additional services like many mechanics would have. They knew the reason I was there and addressed those reasons. They have a comfortable waiting room to sit while you wait. They were even so nice they allowed me to use a loaner car to go grab lunch while they worked on my car I don't know if this is standard procedures for them, but since it was raining and I would have had a 0.3 mile walk to and from restaurant it was an offer they made. This literally blew me away as I've never had that as an option with any other mechanic I've used in the past. If I lived in SLC valley, these guys would be my Permenante mechanics.
