The salon called a week later to cancel my appointment because I complained about the quality of service I received and refused to refund me my money. They were paid over $100. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Before this, I had been a customer here for over 10 years.

They still looked brand new in my opinion, but the employee working there said she would get reprimanded if she accepted the return. I have no problem with the employee- she was just trying not to get in trouble, but more with a store policy so strict that employees are afraid to take certain returns lest "they get yelled at". That isn't right, and the employees deserve better overseers.
