I did not snag it on anything. I have to wear it crossbody because of a bad shoulder. so it's always in front of me. They wouldn't do anything about it. Nothing. Not very professional in my opinion. I came out with a butchered cut and my hair was three different shades-black, brown, and red. I complained and rescheduled with someone else who I used regularly. The salon called a week later to cancel my appointment because I complained about the quality of service I received and refused to refund me my money. They were paid over $100. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Before this, I had been a customer here for over 10 years.

This is understandable. However, I was not made aware of this before purchasing the boots. The manager turned to talk to the cashier behind her and asked if she told me about the policy. I was told they believe their employees and pretty much told me I was lying. I really wanted to like this place. The employees I interacted with the first visit were quite nice. She had a very difficult, if not impossible, time of trying to get around in the store. The main isles were so packed with displays she was barely able to get past them. A clerk asked her if she needed help. My wife said she wanted to look at some hoodies. The clerk said, let me know what you want and I will get it. NOT the point. My wife is very independent and does not need someone to bring her things. We overheard another associate saying the reason Penny's does not have shopping carts is people would knock over the displays. My point is this. Why must you be so concerned about filling your stores with so much merchandise people can't wade through it? Maybe you should just put up a sign that says: No Wheelchairs or disabled people. We have shopped at Penny's over thirty years. We even bought our wedding rings there. We will not be back to shop there. The corporate bigwigs that push this sales at all cost must remember this, someday, it might be you or your loved one in this situation. I hope you will stand up for their right to be as normal as possible.
