Zero stars if that were an option…read more My experience with Car Toys was terrible from beginning to end. The window tint work was subpar, the audio installation was poorly done, and I had issues with my vehicle afterward. On top of that, I felt I was overcharged for the quality of work I received. What really made it worse was how the problems were handled when I brought them up. Instead of making things right, I dealt with poor customer service and an unwillingness to properly address my concerns. For what I paid, I expected professional workmanship and professional service. I got neither. I would not bring another vehicle here.

Do NOT bring a vehicle you actually care about to this place…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in for a standard ceramic tint and a subwoofer install. What I got back was a multi-thousand-dollar trip to the dealership. First, the tint look like it was applied by a toddler wearing blindfolds--bubbles everywhere, jagged razor cuts along the rubber seals, and film already peeling on the drive home. But that was nothing compared to the audio install. They hacked into my factory wiring harness using cheap electrical tape, left exposed copper under the carpet, and managed to drain my battery completely while it sat in their bay. When I turned the key, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree, and three of my automatic windows stopped working entirely. When I confronted the manager, he tried to tell me my car "came in like that" and offered me a $20 gift card for the damage. These guys aren't professionals; they're hacks with a razor blade and a wire stripper. Save yourself the lawsuit and take your car ANYWHERE else.

PSA: I only use YELP to find places. This is my first review, only because my visit was so poor and…read moreutterly disappointing. I normally love shopping for my husband, but today it was incredibly difficult to do so due to the shockingly abysmal service. I went in at around 10:00 am and did not receive any help on where items were located, leaving me completely lost and frustrated without any direction or assistance. When I finally did find an employee, she was not only rude and obnoxious towards me but also dismissively unhelpful; I simply asked the difference between Cinch jeans and what the labels meant, and she brusquely brushed me off and walked away, which left me feeling deeply insulted. My husband then went in at around 1:00 pm to get a new cowboy hat, and he experienced the same disheartening treatment from the same lady, who I believe is the manager. She told him that the hat shaper would be in around 2:00 pm, so he waited an hour only to be told that the hat shaper wasn't coming in at all. When my husband asked to return the hat, she responded in a shockingly rude manner and essentially kicked him out of the store. This series of events is not only unacceptable but also infuriating, and it has left both of us feeling completely disrespected and unwelcome at an establishment we once trusted. I would personally like to speak to whoever is above her and file a formal complaint so that no one else gets treated the way my family was today
