The store itself is quality clothing moderately priced but more expensive than most of the other shops around town. If you would like lasting clothing Talbot's is a shop to look into but Ocala's location may be a little disappointing because it is smaller. The staff is nice and helpful and you can order something they do not have in stock in your size with an associate using their red phone system. The item is then shipped to your home without any shipping charges. Stop in and check it out you never know what you may find. We were regular customers in NJ for many years before moving here. Today we were extremely. Disappointed and quite frankly very upset. We purchased about 10 items every 2 pieces were wrung up with 25% off of the 2 items. This did not come out as buy one get one free. I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today. We encountered the rudest customer service person you can imagine. She asked us if we had called the number on our card for help. We told her we had but they told us we needed to take care of our bill in a store. She informed us we could not pay our bill with a credit card, which is totally fine, except her attitude and tone of voice were amazing for a customer service employee. She asked how much we wanted to pay and we asked if she could check our balance. She explained that she had no way to see anything about our account including balance, hoe we were supposed to be getting our bill, our billing address or anything to do with our account. Really? She was very rude and should not be in that role. The message about her not having the ability to know anything about my account was not her fault, her attitude was the problem. I will not shop at that store again.
