Your order takes months and if you attempt to contact Mr. Rosenbaum, he won't return your calls. We began this long journey back in February. It is now August and the order has still not been satisfactorily completed. Calls and/or emails to Mr. Rosenbaum's "office" really a national phone answering service or to his cell, are ignored. He demands 80% down and now I know why. His installer, his son, told us that one of the installed blinds was defective and one lacked the hardware to properly install. Our last contact was May 29th.
