Jeannien uses a cool variety of tools in her massage like essential oils and cupping. She has a very experienced background working with lots of different massage needs, including injury therapy. I felt like her broad experience and knowledge allowed her to really customize my needs in a very short time, even for our first visit. I have no doubt that I will be going back and that it will only get better as we continue to work together. She was sensitive and thoughtful about providing just the massage I needed. Jeannien's space is clean and pretty. It's a small room toward the back of the yoga studio, but it feels like an oasis. I absolutely recommend J Renee Holistic Wellness. I will be telling my friends about it. I'm very happy to have a great massage place on Mercer Island.

He immediately referred me to an orthopedic dr who agreed with Dr. Thompson's diagnosis. When Dr. Thompson left that practice, I lost track of him. But in 2019, I Googled him, hoping that I would find him and ...voila found him in the big metropolis of Prosser, Wa. LOL. Every time I see Dr. T. He demonstrates genuine concern and care for my needs and is very professional. Never in a hurry and very encouraging. I would lose 20 pounds, plateau, get frustrated, and put back on 20+ pounds. Never fails. I had considered hypnotherapy on many occasions, but it never went beyond that. After my last failed effort, I decided I had nothing left to lose. To be honest, I didn't even know if I could be placed under hypnosis but I was willing to try. My weight was back up to 269 pounds, so I called Bobbie to schedule an appointment. During the first session, she explained to me how the mind works and why hypnosis is effective. We also identified my expectations and set some measurable goals. Hypnotherapy didn't occur until the second session. To say it was enjoyable and relaxing would be an understatement. It is difficult to explain the feeling. Following this session, I was provided a recording of her voice to listen to when I sleep to reinforce my subconscious to alter my habits permanently. Results have been tremendous thus far. It's been about two months since our session. I still listen to the recording several times a week. Best part...I am down 24 pounds, exercise 6 days a week, and haven't craved a potato chip or French fry. I appreciate all that Bobbie has done for me and would recommend her to anyone. Sorry for being so wordy. Take care everyone.
