I was given the option of having a Covid test and I had it done and thankfully it was negative for all ailments. I left with 4 prescriptions and instructions to come back for a follow-up visit (at no cost) if I didn't feel better in a few days. I've used this facility about 3 times and have been very happy with the care I received and I would recommend them without hesitation. Certainly better than waiting in an ER for something that can be handled by an urgent care facility.

Without reservation, she's the best primary care doctor I've ever had, bar none. Every person on her staff has been kind, professional, and caring--every time! Even if I move an hour or two away, Dr. Scarborough will continue to be my doctor. She is a rare individual and doctor: more like a friend who cares about my welfare and as well as my health. She always schedules enough time during visits to actually talk with patients and then listens to them, then follows through to address any health issues that need her attention. We aren't shuffled through her office like a number to quickly move out of the way, but as a person who is there for her help and expertise. If I've had to call after hours for a pressing issue(which I've done a couple of times), either she or her NP Holly always calls me back quickly and takes care of what I need. I'm a grandmother, years older than she, but we're "on the same page," and I've never felt or seen any condescension from her or her staff (which is more common everywhere these days toward older people). I highly recommend her without reservation, and that includes the ladies who check in patients, the nurses, lab staff, and anyone else I've had the pleasure of interacting with there. I usually go to Med Stop in Bonaire, but there is no comparison. The doctor on staff today was Dr. Monde-Jones. I apologize that I cannot remember the nurse that assisted me, and her name does not appear on my paperwork, but both were fantastic. The nurse was thorough in the questions that she asked, and actually listened to the responses. Dr. Monde-Jones continued by asking next-level questions that allowed her to formulate the best care plan for me. A times I felt as if I was talking too much because I'm not accustomed to physicians and medical professionals actually listening so intently without interrupting. Dr. Monde-Jones was very personable and I really wish she could be my Primary Care Physician. Yes, I asked several times but unfortunately she cannot. Regardless, the knowledge and guidance that I walked away with will help me make informed and confident decisions with regards to the direction I take with my medical care. I was missed diagnosed by them 3 times. 2 were life treating (pulmonary embolisms) and the other was me having so much fluid around my brain I was going blind. Luckily I went to macon and they took care of the issues. I was admitted for congestive heart failure once as well and one of the female doctors came in and shut off my oxygen when I needed 7 liters in order to breath. These doctors don't care about you or your health.
