He went above and beyond to make sure our reception was breathtaking, and that the food was delicious. All of the food was so good. The chicken was cooked and seasoned so well, and his grandmothers mashed potatoes were to die for. Many people went back for seconds because everything was that good. The grooms cake Mark made was delicious. It was moist and flavorful. He was accommodating as I changed the filling I wanted several times. The cake was my favorite part of the reception. The flowers were stunning and filled the whole reception hall. Mark purchased and did all of the flower arrangements for the evening. He was able to get all of the types of flowers that were in my wedding bouquet for the arrangements in the reception. I trusted her and pre- paid for everything up front, paying her $2275.00 in total. She told me to let her know what the final head count would be within a week of the event. I sent her a text message and an email 9 days before the event that the final head count would be 55 guests as opposed to 75. I have emails and text messages showing where she agreed to adjust the final head count, stating she would issue a refund. She never refunded me and she stopped answering my text messages, emails, and phone calls. She was nice when I hired her, but after she got my money, she became a different person. She also charged me $150 for 2 servers, but we had no servers at the event. Her charge was $25 per person, so my refund should have been $650, but she refused to provide me with a final invoice, stated she couldn't. This caterer makes plenty of money, but I just don't understand why she didn't just issue the refund. She charged me for services that weren't rendered. I didn't want to post this, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Do not pay this caterer the final payment until she sends you a final invoice for any adjustments. The only recourse I have at this point, is to take her to small claims court. I was fooled by all the likes on her FB page and all the pics of her catering events

With only 2 days notice, she built a menu and a proposal in a matter of a few minutes. I signed the contract and she got everything ready. She even made a special trip to see the church facilitit's so that she would know what to expect. The luncheon went off perfectly. The food literally blew us away. What an incredible pot roast, and the desserts were super. I can't say enough good things about them. They were very kind, compassionate, and had a servants heart. Best of all was the cost was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them for any ev you are planning.

Everything was full of flavor while still being balanced. The sauces didn't overtake the meats at all. The sides were the same. The main ingredient (beans) was still the star, just enhanced. We did get the slaw for the sandwiches on the side to prevent soggy buns. Next time, if not dining in, we would ask for all to be disassembled. The slaw on the sandwich was also outstanding. A common BBQ complaint is too much salt and fatty meats. That was not the case here. The buns are not your ordinary buns. They had a buttery taste to them and tasted very homemade. Just an excellent place all around.
