Through multiple communications with Mark, we reiterated our concerns, the rumors we heard; Mark assured us at every step that the business was taking steps towards reliability and consistency and that we had nothing to worry about. Apparently, her comfort and convenience mean she does not need to follow common courtesy or the law.
