They are friendly, loving, and do a great job taking care of our kids. My son is in a classroom of no more than 10 children (usually a lot less) that are all his same age. His teachers are very communicative and will immediately update me at pick up if anything needs to be addressed or there was an issue. Holly is also great at communication with emails and even text messages if necessary. I know my two year old loves it there, he's always talking about fun things he did and his friends. Don't listen to those reviews from 2 years ago - looks like the same person wrote multiple 1 star reviews because they ended up not being able to pay for childcare. That's ridiculous and their reviews should be removed. We've experienced other daycares that were horrible and not professionally ran but even those do not deserve 1 star reviews! I would recommend Jubilee in a heart beat to any parent with young children! It's safe, the teachers are accountable and friendly, and the kids just flourish there and have so much fun!

She's now in kindergarten, but still attends three days a week because she loves it that much--she even begs to go on days she normally doesn't! From the beginning, the staff has been warm, patient, and truly invested in her growth. She's made so many friends, and she's always happy and smiling when we pick her up. The amount she learned in their preschool program blew my mind--and her kindergarten teacher's too! Thanks to Sunshine and Rainbows, she was more than ready for kindergarten and is already ahead of the curve. I'm so grateful we found this place when we were searching for childcare. I am writing this anonymously considering I remain in the childcare community…read more I can vouch for the rating below, children are barated, they are held down to their cots during nap (primarily Alyssa), the concerns on safety are met with a smile to the parents and blatantly ignored and excused once parents leave. I have heard several of the staff in all of the rooms but infant bully and verbally abuse the kids. When I was working there staff have been bullied into staying or not allowed to leave or call in sick, even when they came down with RSV. State policy is followed when state is there and only when state is there. Communication with the parents is only permitted in a way that Lorie (director) or Allyssa deem acceptable in order to maintain their reputation. I was constantly out of ratio due to overstaffing from high turnover rate. The pressure and bullying here from the directors and lack of support with the parents, along with the abuse towards the kids (more than just the cot situation) has lead me to not trust care facilities as a whole. I am afraid to send my son to preschool after working here and it supposed to be the "better school" DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE AFTER 18 MONTHS!!!

She always responds to my texts promptly about availability and has been flexible when we wanted to switch care dates. She's cared for our two girls starting from age 2 up to age 6. She's very comfortable preparing meals and assisting with potty training when that was needed. I highly appreciate her enthusiasm for taking the kids outside to play in the snow and enjoy nature. Our kids always remember her and get excited to play games they make up together. I'm so happy we found a sweet and trustworthy caretaker in Martina and will definitely continue to contact her anytime we visit Tahoe!

She volunteered any bit of background check you could think of: CPR, background check, drug screen, references, etc. etc. Our daughter took to Martina seamlessly. Martina came with her own bag of toys and tricks up her sleeve from years of experience. We immediately felt safe and comfortable with her which was a huge relief since this was the first time we left her with a nanny! Everyone who met her let us know they all got "good vibes" about her - another relief! Martina was also super flexible and understanding when the evening went longer than expected. We will definitely be reaching out to Martina the next time we visit Tahoe.

She is incredibly prepared for kindergarten. We have become friends with so many families who are all in the same stage as we are, that we have come to play together, use each other as resources, trade kids-even at the last minute. It is so wonderful to have a network of families that we know well and trust! I also love that I have been able to watch my daughter interact with other children and have really gotten to know the other children as well. I feel that these benefits will carry on long after these preschool years as we move through the school system, soccer, skiing, dance, etc together.
