Dr Z seemed hopeful & honestly I was not fully disappointed in her work on me. The part that left a huge bad taste in my mouth was the $$$ scamming! I was almost in shock. We had my 2nd appointment for "determination of findings" & my insurance info was given to them at the previous appointment. She must have not known I was aware of my plan with her approach. My insurance is expensive but it's a good plan with fixed co pays of $25. Her package was an attempt to collect for 24 which I have done packages in the past with previous Chiros but she was trying to tell me $900 for 24 sessions saying 1200 was the norm. I was puzzled & paused for a moment then asked if she had received my insurance? She had & she flipped to the next page where it said my $25 co pay fixed rate! Which would be $600 not $900! Um hello!? That is $300 more that you were just trying to get me to agree to! & I don't need to do any package if I truly wanted to just pay as I went at $25 a session! If you don't want to accept insurance please just do a favor for everyone & dont. There is no need to be so unprofessional. I tried to get over it but I could not bring myself to return. Luckily I found a new & honest Chiro that I am very happy with. He didn't even handle the $, his assistant did & right away the assistant knew my policy, no package talk & said "Wonderful $25 a visit!" Honesty is the best policy!

The level of care I received from Dennis was above and beyond all expectations I had ever had. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I had no idea what to expect from the experience. I arrived at the office and once I got there Dennis greeted me and my girlfriend at the time. He walked us through his process of getting us checked into his system. He isn't only a good chiropractor but he also really helps explain what all of the paperwork means. This is extremely helpful as most people who visit health care professionals do not speak that lingo along with all of the legal stuff. Overall I have been on with Dennis, quite frequently in the beginning and less and less as time went on. He stresses patient wellness and making sure his patients do recover. Now I make appointments when needed(which isn't quite often). I have enjoyed my relationship with this facility and highly recommend Dr. Dennis Brummond to anyone! -Shiny

Dr Lowell is a very nice guy who greeted me with a cheerful smile and quickly got to work assessing my issue. He definitely knows his stuff. He apparently has been a chiropractor in the area for a few decades. His pressure is pretty strong and his hands are made of steel. Be sure to speak up if you want lighter pressure. He keeps the conversation going as he does the adjustments so time really flies. I had sweet relief from my knots of pain and stress within a few short minutes. The tens unit and the heating pad helped too. He also does acupuncture if you are interested. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DR Lowell and First Chiropractic. An added bonus is that there is never a problem finding parking because this place is located in a shopping center. Just look for the big Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping sign.
