The lady that came in to see us didn't introduce herself I had to ask who she was and then the only answer I got was Dr. Megan. My 10 lb dog was hyper and not being agreeable so she just skipped part of the exam... REALLY should that be the protocol for professional to take? Where are their skills, I doubt ALL animals are just happy to be poked and prodded. I would also ADD to be sure and ask for a quote for fees before you proceed... Dental cleaning is $900 to $1500 each and mandatory lab work prior is $500...so you might have a $2000 dental cleaning which by the way, she did not really even examine his teeth, just said she recommended just pulling ALL his remaining teeth. They also wanted to see how my baby was doing after her shots which is really nice from them. I just got a puppy and wanted to have a check, vaccines and deworming done. I called and they gave me a first day appointment. The employees are really nice and sweet. They all took really good care of my baby Ellie. They listened and acknowledged all my questions. They do not have enough staff right now so you have to wait on your car and it works like curbside. I didn't mind that, but since it was her first visit and she is so small I wanted to be present. I asked if I could go in and they were super nice and even allowed my 2 kids to go with me. Their prices are fair. Remember vet care/prevention isn't cheap but having a sick dog will be more expensive. Also, nothing like making sure you are doing the right thing for your dog. I am really grateful to the vet and vet technicians that worked on my little Ellie yesterday.
