I am a small business owner, this company sold us insurance stating that they would cover 70% of a…read morehospital visit, I went in 2 times to the emergency room, 1 time for Covid and 1 time for a kidney stone, in the kidney stone visit in 2022 I was charged over $10,000.00 for the Hospital visit and for the Covid visit I was charged by the Hospital over $2,400.00. This Insurance company never paid the Hospital for the Covid visit. On the kidney stone, they paid $100.00. That is Hardley 70%. When I tried to Cancel this insurance, they gave me the run around, I had to make 5 phone calls and long periods of wait time (1.5 hrs) and still Not cancelled, I had to call my Bank to stop these theives! As of today, the credit was not put through. It is still on my credit card for $681. I called Aldroit today to inquire why it has not been credited and spoke with a first rep who I did not ask her name but she denied that Kaylee was working on 12/30/25, then she forwarded me to Sara - no help- then Sara forwarded me to Nancy and the story was the same. All 3 are stating that they have no record of my cancellation call on 12/30/25 and because today I am past the 30 day cancellation period that I am not eligible for a refund. They are actually denying that I called to cancel on 12/30/25 insinuating that I am lying instead of checking their staff as to who was working during that time period and why my policy was not cancelled. Is this FRAUD??. Yes I called my credit card to dispute this but I am hoping nobody else gets scammed by this company who lowball quotes to the most vulnerable people shopping for health insurance. I have a time stamp on my iPhone of 12/30/25 at 3:29pm lasting 3 minutes during which the rep called herself Kaylee who confirmed I was within the 30 day cancellation period and the refund would take up to a week to hit my credit card bill. Aldroit Health Group is claiming that I never made this phone call. P.S. no medical claims were drawn against this policy at any time so they are not out a single dime. Today Nancy kept saying "we have no record of you calling on 12/30/25" Obviously not, Nancy, you're supposed to tell me why it wasn't done!!!! Let the Buyer Beware. STAY AWAY from this company no matter how good the price seems to be.
