When I called to tell them the problems I was having and that I couldn't make it in due to my work schedule the man was very rude. He got an attitude quick and told me that this wasn't a place you can just bring stuff back a few days after you bought it. He had such an attitude and acted as if me bringing back something that they sold me BROKEN was such an inconvenience and just unheard of. Had to leave early from work that day to make it before they closed because I knew if I waited a few days it was going to be handled even worse. I went in and they tried to give me another one. Said no, because I obviously cannot trust the quality here, and they said I couldn't have a refund. They also said that they sell used items and can't guarantee that they work. This isn't a business. It's a joke. If you can't guarantee working products then offer refunds. And lose the attitude.

The staff will explain everything to you, they are very informative and know everything about what kind of firearm will work for you. This is a great place to come roam around and look at the huge inventory they have. I have never been to a shop with so many new items as well as the coolest selection of antique firearms before. If you've heard of it you can probably come see it here. And if it's not there they will do anything to get it in for ya.

We were helped by a surprisingly arrogant woman, while in the process of picking up the lower half of a rifle, that was purchased in Missouri. Prior to walking up to the counter we got to witness her being passive with an elderly veteran was attempting to purchase a firearm from them. While at the counter she made snide remarks like "I already know, you don't have to tell me" and proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head at us throughout the entire interaction. I understand the frustrations of working a customer service job but if you want to continue having customers maybe practice common courtesy and respect. As for the woman I hope she has a better day tomorrow.
