Don't go here, i've been here 4 times, it's hit or miss depending on who you get. the younger ones always mess up my nails. I got a younger male and he filed my nails for almost 45 minutes and then he finally started. he was filing my skin i left with all my nails bleeding, these were my christmas nails and the lines were thick and uneven this last time i went the paint was chunky, they were all different lengths and width, and my acrylic was extremely too thick. she also filed my skin and made it bleed. Last time i went there was no heat and the power kept going out and the girl was yanking my arm and using her phone flashlight to "see" please don't go. read more

This is my go to nail salon. They always do a great job on my acrylics and are great with design and shape (i get almond shaped). Along with reasonable prices, they have a wide variety of colors to choose from and friendly service. Most importantly, I play a lot of sports so it's important to me that they don't chip easily or fall off and they are really good about getting it at the right length i want. read more

Does not honor thier work!!! Have been going to castle nails since September exclusively. 12 days ago I went in to have my normal 2 week fill. Called at 1230 pm for an appointment at 530. Arrived at 5 pm. At 630 pm I still had not been seen. For the hour and a half I waited there were two toddler children running and screaming through the salon while the mother and grandmother of said toddlers played on her phone and got her nails done. There were also 6 or seven teenage girls on the salon fighting and playing like they were in the lunch room at school. Mothers not directing or correcting the children gone wild. I was finally seated at 635 just to have my appointment interrupted by the teenagers mother because one of the girls nails were done wrong. The entire time the guy was working on my fill he was distracted by the noise and disruption of the salon and rushed through my manicure. With in a week Friday December 17 I had to return because my gel/acrylics nails were chiping and breaking. I called before going in and was told they would fix them for free. I was then charged 25 dollars for the repairs. Today December 23 I had to return again for the same problem except this time two nails had broke of completely and three others were chiped or broken. Again I called before driving an hour to the salon. Guy again told be to come and he would fix for free. Sat for another 45 minutes when I arrived and was told it would be 45 dollars for the repairs of thier sub-par work. Today December 23 I returned again for the same problem this time three nails had broke off completely. Ultimately they refused to honor their word and I requested the nails be removed. If I was going to have to pay I would pay someone else. I left the salon with acrylic and polish still on my nails. read more

I had my nails done here for a wedding. Tommy gel manicure lasted four nails before multiple nails just peeled off entirely. Within 24 hours, I had chips on multiple fingers. When I do my nails with regular polish, I can get a week of wear without issue. I'm not hard on my hands. I also got a pedicure. The treatment itself was very basic. They didn't even use a top coat so my glittery purple polish just looked like a matte almost black color. The next time I'm in town and want my nails done, I'll be going elsewhere. read more

My wife just returned from Castle Nails with my granddaughter. They were having a fun afternoon of girl stuff. She said it was the absolute worst nail experience she has had. The staff was rude, her nails were filed unevenly and they left my granddaughter (9 years old) just sitting while the staff argued. Never there again. Good bye Castle Nails. read more

I'm not usually one to post reviews, nor am I the type of person to cause a scene at any public outing. This definitely was the worst pedicure and experience I've had in a public establishment. The man who did my pedicure was already super scattered and seemed like he didn't even know what he was doing. I pretty much ignored all of it because I'm pretty patient and again, don't know want any issues. He was digging so deep in my cuticles that it was painful, he slapped a cold, wet rag on my legs. I said I wanted regular white polish. He had been painting them for an unusually long time and finally it took the manager to walk over to tell him he was using gel, and that's why it wasn't working well. I told him then that I was fine with just keeping the gel and we could just dry them. He then proceeds to just look at me and wipe it all off my toes. At this point everyone in the salon is looking and I just felt annoyed and embarrassed. I shouldn't have been made felt so uncomfortable. I tell them that everything is fine and I'm just going to paint them myself. The manager then proceeds to bombard me repeatedly asking to repaint my toes after I said no. I go in once a quarter for a pedi. Yes one of the few guys. But heck at my age it's hard to see the toe nails to get a good trim. They have always been wonderful. read more

I have gone to this salon twice, and will never return. The first time, i was severly overcharged. I asked how much it would be to get a gel full set, was told one price then was charged an extra 15 dollars. The second time, i was cut, several times, and due to that, i will NOT return to this place. Save your money and your hands. read more

The pedicure was very good, I would give that by itself 4 stars and that's why I ended up with a two instead of a one. The fill I got was horrible. The tech kept hurting me, even after after I told her that I had sensitive/thin nails and that it hurt; she did not lower the speed or pressure of the machine. She kept pushing down my cuticles with her nail and it still (over an hour later) is sore. She made me bleed as well. I've been getting acrylics for around 10 years now and it has never hurt other than an occasional pinch or poke; I've never experienced the entire experience hurting. It also took a really long time, I would guess over an hour just for the fill. I was there for over two hours altogether. If you you're going just for a pedicure, definitely recommend. If you want acrylics, do not go here. read more

This place is hands down the best place to get a pedicure! I've never had a bad experience and they always make sure to ask if the water is just right whereas some other places ask you to sit down and never check on you. They have several different types of pedicure which I love the peppermint one! read more

Went here to get a gel manicure for a wedding that I was in and will NEVER be back! The worst manicure I have ever received! The gel paint was all over the ends and sides of my fingers and looked like a 5 year old had done them. She kept layering on the paint and ended up with globs on my nails. I don't usually complain about nail service but this was terrible! read more

Went here with a friend a while back and the place was packed. Waited 50 minutes for a tech. I can't believe how long it took. The tech didn't even talk to me, he talked to the tech next to him in another language. When I asked to paint the tip of my French another color, he told me no. Talk about rude. He took me over to a UV Lamp table and left me there without telling me how long I had to sit there or offer any reading material. Sat there for about 10 minutes before going over to my friend and check up on her. The place was loud and didn't look very clean. I will never go back there again! read more
