I finally feel like I can walk upright without limping around! I also have a lot of bunched and knotted muscles in my head neck and shoulder area from stress and the constant slouching at my desk at work. I no longer am feeling the low back ache. The way she manipulated and stretched the shoulder joints and the arms, I didn't think it would help but it made a world of difference. The constant stress headache I've been having for weeks is finally gone. This really is an exceptionally wonderful place, and the start of a beautiful relationship on the road to tranquility and wellness.

She also never checked whether the pressure was comfortable during the massage. Most importantly, she barely massaged my neck, shoulders, hands, or legs. She spent most of the session working only on my back, head, and feet, and the pressure was extremely light throughout the entire massage. It didn't feel like a proper full-body massage at all. There was no communication or customer care throughout the entire session. During the massage, she also left the room three different times, which made the experience even more disappointing. I love getting massages and make it a point to get one every month. I've been to many massage spas and have received massages from many different therapists, but this is the first place where I genuinely felt like the therapist didn't know how to give a proper massage. The only positive thing I can say is that the spa was clean. Unfortunately, the quality of the massage was extremely disappointing. I left feeling like I had completely wasted my money, and I definitely won't be coming back.
