I email and call a lot with questions and she was also punctual in communication and helpful with the many issues that arise in planning a big wedding. She handled the design of all florals, our invitations, wedding day decor, lighting, programs, down to the various minor details of the day... she planned, designed and executed them all. She executed the plan & coordinated our ceremony & rehearsal beautifully! The service was exceptional; everyone in our wedding party & all our family agreed that she was the star player of the day. She went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Our wedding was huge (over 300 guests and a 25 person wedding party) and she remained professional yet I feel I have made a new friend! She is the kind of person you want helping you with your big day, friendly yet effective. I would recommend Unforgettable Events to anyone desiring the wedding of their dreams without breaking the bank! She is efficient, effective and honest :) Please contact me for further info!

She is never available at our times, canceled one appt 1 hour before scheduled time and last appt. on July 15th she never showed, when it was discovered on her website she had an event already booked at the same time! She actually tried to pass the blame to my daughter for her (Courtney's) lack of professionalism. We have decided due to months of trying to get our "award" honored that it is not worth it. After all, a gift certificate does not have any financial benefit, and we are uncomfortable with the idea of having our treasured photos taken by this "business"... I do not recommend this business, research for the one that best fills your needs and wants.
