He was calm and collective whenever I was driving and the fact that he didn't yell or put pressure on me actually made me feel more confident in my driving abilities. I was worried about the three point turn and parallel parking but this guy made me realize that those things were a piece of cake. I failed my first exam and that made me upset because I thought there was something wrong with my abilities and that I shouldn't be allowed to drive. But I gave it one more chance and took two classes before the test and my instructor gave me that confidence I needed to pass this time! I knew that the morning of the exam I was going to pass because of everything I learned with him. The lady who took me to the exam that day was very sweet and even gave me a few tips before the exam. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Pinnock and his staff. I shared with the agent. I didn't have much time, but I needed a quote with the exact same benefits that I was previously receiving and adding backup sewage and water damage and flooding. The agent was quickly able to get me a quote with everything I needed for home insurance and more for half the cost of my than at the time home insurance. It only took two days to finalize, and I was able to cancel my previous home insurance.
