The store was a bit chaotic but they seemed hard at work in the back. I went over what I wanted with one of the ladies and she wrote it down on a note pad. They said it would take about a week- and she texted me when they were ready. The lettering looked ok and she did complete the design correctly. They charged just over $50 for the 5 items. HOWEVER, every top was embroidered crookedly and they are way too high- it does not look like an embroidered top that I showed her which should be above the left breast pocket area for medical professionals. The lettering went into my arm pit and can't be read. They look pretty unprofessional and I cant wear them to work as a practitioner. This is pretty unfortunate because I spent roughly #30 per scrub top and $45 per lab coat- which are all now ruined. I also had to drive an hour each way because I live in Shawano. Feels like a giant waste of time and money- I will have to find another place to re-do all of my scrubs in the future.

I had a great experience getting my vacuum repaired here!…read more I searched the Eureka website and found Kaukauna Vacuum listed as an authorized retailer and service provider for Eureka vacuums. When I called Kaukuna Vacuums, they told me that Heath handles all warranty repair issues and that I could reach him at the store after 1pm. Heath stays pretty busy running around to their different KK Vac & Sew locations in the area, but I finally reached him and he explained the warranty repair process. First, I called Eureka Customer Service Department (1-800-282-2886) and verified my warranty by reading the product number on the back of the vacuum. NOTE: Don't take your vacuum to an unauthorized repair shop as this will invalidate the warranty! Second, I explained the issue I was having with the roller brush and verified that it was not a belt issue (not covered) nor due to improper use. Third, the Customer Service Representative processed my request and emailed me the case number and warranty request. Fourth, I dropped off my vacuum along with my warranty request form and Heath took care of the rest. Easy Peasy! Heath was very friendly and helpful when I dropped off my vacuum and seemed quite knowledgeable about common vacuum issues. He knew exactly about the issue I was having with my roller brush and tried to fix it for me on the spot. Unfortunately, my vacuum was a bit more complicated and needed more troubleshooting. The good news is that when I went to pick up my vacuum I found a BRAND NEW vacuum waiting for me in the store!! Apparently, Heath talked with Eureka about the parts needed and they decided to issue a full vacuum replacement - WOOHOO! Whether you're coming here for a warranty issue or vacuum repair, you're in good hands and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
