Had All-Valley install 6' privacy chain link at my residence. Winds blew the fence down - either…read morebending or breaking the fence posts at ground level. A diff fence co who repaired says the posts were too light of a gauge - they were either 14 or 16 gauge - even the corner posts were this size! I contacted All-Valley. They were genuinely uninterested. Got the run-around...I have to call the owner, those posts should have been fine, we'll call you back...blah, blah. To date - NOTHING! They won't return my calls much less work with me to make this right. $5000 for the fence, $1700 to repair. My insurance paid for $1000 of it, All-Valley should make it right. Unless something changes (doubtful) I will never do business with All-Valley again!!

It was a fair quote for the company and for the customer (us). Once the date was set the crew are early in the morning and put up the new fence by the end of the day (4:30 pm). Always got a reply that he was getting materials, he'd be over the next day, he would call when he was going to start, etc., etc. He stopped answering my calls about a week ago. On the 29th I called at least 3 times and no answer so I got a local phone # and called. He answered first ring. Said he was at the border and would start the next day, the 30th. Went to his place of business on the 30th. He said he would start the 31st. Still nothing. I gave him some money in advance and am planning on taking him to court. Nice guy but I'd stay away.
