We purchased a…read morebrand new RV from Giant RV in November and unfortunately Giant was unable to get us in a timely manner to take care of the needed repairs- so after discussing with Thor I decided to go with Inland Valley RV and get reimbursed by the manufacturer under warranty. Jonathan has been so patient and helpful with us. He took care of most of the repairs in a couple of days and then was so kind to store our RV for us until we pick it up today to take it down the street to Scott to take a look at our chassis lean- and then once Scott is done I will be bringing it back to Inland Valley RV for final repairs etc. I call these people so often to get updates or update them and they have never once seemed annoyed with me or been rude to me or anything at all! I am looking forward to picking up the RV and seeing what they've done so far- and I will update a final review once all the work is complete- but so far five stars for customer service, communication!!
