She inspected everything thoroughly, documented the damage, communicated with the adjuster, and made sure the claim was handled correctly. I would've been lost trying to figure all that out on my own. Once the claim was approved, her crew showed up exactly when she said they would and got straight to work. These guys knew what they were doing -- no standing around, no excuses, just solid, professional work. They finished the roof the same day, and the craftsmanship is excellent. My home looks completely different in the best way. The cleanup was also top-notch. No nails, no debris, nothing left behind. Kerri stopped by afterward to double-check everything and make sure I was satisfied before they wrapped up. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He thought they could get it all done in one day, but it turned out that they had to come back the second day to finish up. We had to do a little more cleanup than we expected, but not an awful lot. Really good job overall.
