Oh, they do have other gourmet food items--mustards, jams and jellies, olive oils, a few beverages--but what they really have is more salts and peppers in one place than I've ever seen. Amazing and odd and educational at the same time. They will let you taste to your heart's content which is pretty cool. Also, they were very nice to us when we had a baby melt down on a cold day--they INVITED us to bring the baby inside and feed him back in a warm corner. Who does that? Very, very nice!

Not only do they make delicious jams and jellies, but they do so with some local and delicious fruits and herbs, including Cavaillon melon, lavender (of course), and even pineapple. Their confit fruit is extremely high quality, which you pay for, but which is worth it. I brought some confiture back to the states with me, and had sunny memories of Provence with my toast in the morning. The charming saleslady told us some of the history of the company, how labor-intensive it is to make a whole pineapple confit, and where the ingredients came from. Looking forward to my next shopping trip there!
