(1 day ago) My…read moredaughter, in Las Vegas, found Anthony for me as I have rotten luck with picking people to help. When stairs became a problem, I moved into a mobile home. The UGLY back door had a deadbolt cylinder housing too small for the hole and it let in cold air. The front/storm door combo. was missing a section of glass, had holes in the screen and it was filthy. Anthony came by a couple times to measure and remeasure (just to be sure), then we ordered a back and front door w/storm door combo. I let him know when they were to arrive and when the doors came, he came over, inspected for damages and brought the shipping order to me to sign as I have mobility issues. The work he did was remarkable, thorough and perfect! He checked with me, about anything that might need my input. The front doors I received had door jams 2" too wide. Anthony didn't even flinch and was calm, cool and said, "Oh, I have an idea and how to do this, no problem"!! He worked very hard, installed the (extra lg.) front door and framed around the extra 2" inside by adding perfectly-mitered crown molding that he chose and painted. He even made sure the outside of the doors had siding in the right places to prevent leaks or water damage. Anthony disposed the packaging, both old doors, wood scraps, etc. Both of my door installationa are WORKS OF ART!!! His attention to detail is super-human; I, too, am very detail-oriented. I hired Matias to do work for my basement. He was to hang doors and install baseboards. He is…read moreobviously not experienced. The doors he hung wouldn't shut properly and he wanted to charge me more to fix them. He installed baseboards but did a terrible job touching them up and caulking. He refused to fix them and I just spent over an hour fixing his work and I have more to do. I included pictures of trim work he thought was finished but shows that it is unpainted, not caulked, and/or unpainted spackle. His work is poor at best. Do not recommend.
