Instead, the physician coded the visit as a new patient visit. When I got the bill, I called their billing service, and she was very rude and wouldn't let me know how the visit was coded. I am the patient. Then I called several times to the office and no call back. After two bill they sent my husband to collections. which made no sense. Just because my husband is the primary card holder, I was the one with the visit. Also, I was supposed to have a follow up on one of their providers and I never receive a call. The office staff state a phone call was made, if so, then why I don't I have a voice mail.

Dr. Gadea is one amazing doctor…read more I've now seen him for over a year and a half. I never had a primary care doctor since I left home for college, so this is new to me. I always sheepishly answered the question no when asked if I have a primary care doctor, but now I can say yes, and I have a great one at that. I've seen Dr. Gadea twice this year, once when I had shingles and once for my annual physical. He let me know that he has three appointments open every day that you can schedule within 24 hours if you have an emergency, like shingles. This is good to know, so if you need to see a doctor pronto, they have you covered. You don't even have to call to schedule, you can do it through their patient portal. For my physical they did blood work a week before. All the results were uploaded to mychart (their patient portal) so I peeked at the results and knew it was all normal before my check. I wasn't quite sure why I still needed to go in knowing that everything came back clean, but in addition to reviewing my blood work, he also performed a couple other checks (like looking in my ears, mouth, and nose, listening to my heart, checking my reflexes, etc.). Everything was very thorough and I see the point of the in person office visit. They have you check in 15 minutes before your appointment and they called me back almost immediately. After answering some questions with the first person I saw (I don't know her position), she apologetically told me that Dr. Gadea was running 10-15 minutes behind. Can these people speak with my other healthcare providers? That's nothing and the others never tell me if they are running behind! True to her word, 10 minutes later he walked in. I spent that time looking for a brunch place in DTSP so I didn't even notice the wait. They have free wifi that works really well (again, can my other doctor's offices take a note from this book. The wifi doesn't work well at the other practices). Dr. Gadea is personable and thorough. Since I'm healthy I don't have to see him for another year (unless, God forbid, I get something like shingles again). This office continues to impress me and I will happily recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Ruiz is very professional and makes the process very comfortable. Her staff is all female which is very important to me and they were all very kind. The office wasn't very busy either which made it feel more private. I would recommend this office to any woman and will definitely make it my primary OBGYN! Their own brochure lists the package at $4,300, so with 50% off it should have been around $2,150. However, when I arrived at 12:30 pm with my husband to book, the front desk staff told me the package is $7,000, and with 50% off they would do it for $3,500. This is completely different from what was advertised. When I pointed this out (in front of two other clients), there was no apology or explanation offered. This feels like false advertising / clickbait, and it was very disappointing -- especially from a brand with multiple offices. Patients should be able to trust the information in brochures and online promotions, not find out that "prices are decided in-office." I left without booking because I did not feel respected or treated honestly. I hope Arviv takes this feedback seriously and practices transparent, consistent pricing going forward.
