As a patient, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and at times pressured in ways that did not feel appropriate for a healthcare setting. From what I observed, the clinic appears to be shifting away from full-scope family-focused care and leaning more into elective out-of-pocket cosmetic procedures. If you are looking for a genuine family-centered clinic that prioritizes long-term care and patient trust, I would recommend looking elsewhere. She took her sweet time poking each of the 4 shots; and wasn't prepared with the bandage. I left before we could get the hemoglobin test results and was told that I'd get a call. In about 65 minutes, he basically knew my medical history and set me up with 4 different specialists. Ortho / Gastro / Cardio / Pain. I actually was contacted by 3/4 via text before leaving this appointment, and the fourth early this morning! In my somewhat educated opinion -- you simply cannot do a better job than Dr Haschultz did and everyone else I met was very cordial and professional also.
