If I could give the clinic zero stars, I definitely would…read more I was billed for services I absolutely did not receive. That alone is what led me to speak up. From there, I encountered other serious concerns including how my care was handled, how questions were received, and how referrals were managed. When I started advocating for myself, I was met with resistance instead of support and was eventually cut off from care with no formal explanation or help transitioning elsewhere. I also found both Dr. Meghan Dillman and Richard Dillman to be unprofessional in their communication and conduct. As a patient, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and at times pressured in ways that did not feel appropriate for a healthcare setting. From what I observed, the clinic appears to be shifting away from full-scope family-focused care and leaning more into elective out-of-pocket cosmetic procedures. If you are looking for a genuine family-centered clinic that prioritizes long-term care and patient trust, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I am sharing this so others can make informed decisions and feel confident advocating for themselves.

We usually go to Metro Peds in Edina but needed to bring my son in for an appointment this past…read moreSunday and Edina is closed on Sunday's. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. The doctor we saw appeared irritated that I was asking questions and basically just went through the motions of the visit. My son was diagnosed with pinworms based on me telling her his symptoms and asking questions. There was no formal test done. I basically got more info off of Reddit than from doctor Caitlin Pelletier. She seemed like she did not want to assist more than the bare minimum. There was no information given on how to prevent the spread of it, how long symptoms should last, or any details around this infection. It was truly unfortunate as there was zero bedside manner which I guess is more and more typical these days.

We wait for a good 25 minutes before the doctor came in. At Park Nicollet, that wait time is typically 5 minutes. Doctor Jenna Tate wasn't very thorough. She didn't even let us know we needed to go back for the 15 mo check up. I only found out thanks to a friend who's got a baby at the same age. The nurses who gave my baby a shot traumatized her. She took her sweet time poking each of the 4 shots; and wasn't prepared with the bandage. I left before we could get the hemoglobin test results and was told that I'd get a call. It's been 3 months, and I haven't heard squat. Thanks for that promise. Needless to say, I switched back to Park Nicollet of Lakeville.
