But when I finally decided to stroll along and see the road side display of a bombshell romper. It was enough to lead me in the store. I was given a friendly welcome. Once I told the woman that I was searching for something for a wedding she set out on finding me the cutest pieces. When you walk out you are guaranteed to have an unique item that someone will be complimenting later. Hours sometime fluctuate - but no worries you can order online. For her to not try and sell me on it was refreshing. I picked up another dress that had a pattern and color I wouldn't typically go for but the style was my style. Wasn't sure about it and the owner said just try it on, so I did. I was so happy I listened to her because it fit like a glove. I ended up buying it and a cute little bracelet. Their items are always super cute and fashionable. The one thing is the old location would have more sales, I feel like and wider variety of clothes. Now it seems to be all higher end fashion, which is great and I'm sure that's what they were going for to begin with. I have come here a couple times to find beautiful dresses for weddings and I actually found one that I love this time for a wedding I have over the summer. The workers are always so kind. The racks were labeled clearly with various designers or collections, such as Chanel Edit, Special Occasion, etc. The clothes curated there for that location were more fitting to Palm Beach, as I saw more warmer weather styles, vibrant colors, and fun prints. The location has a couple of displays of luxury handbags, some watches and jewelry, and a few accessories and shoes, along with the racks of clothing. Prices do vary based on condition, designer, and time the piece has been available. The staff were kind to check or share that you can scan the tags for any of the pieces for more information with their app and you can see if there are discounts available for items. In addition to selling consignment items, they will take items for consignment in the shop. I saw some clients stopping in to drop off items to be consigned and listed. You can wander the gorgeous market, shop, and then grab a table outside to dig into everything you just picked up. Restaurants come and go, but there's always something new, and always something worth looking at, eating, or buying. If I were a little younger and craving more daily action, I would 1000% want to live close to City Place, and all the new construction going up tells me plenty of people feel the same way. Add in West Palm Beach becoming the Wall Street of the South, and City Place really is like a mini three block slice of Soho, just with palm trees, warm weather, and bikinis.
