On warm summer evenings just before classes start up for the year, the music of the marching band can be heard wafting through the streets surrounding the school. When I visit my uncle at that time of year we like to sit outside on a patio, and the sounds of the marching band provide a real-life soundtrack in the background. The campus is nice, with a large parking lot provided right outside the front entrance. When I visited the campus on-foot one Saturday, a bus for sports was waiting for athletes. There was ample space to load/unload and abundant open parking for the student-athletes. The campus is tucked a little off the main road(s) in Cashmere, which is nice for reducing background noise and distractions during class.

We moved locations because of the new school. The teachers are nice, the clubs are nice, the…read moreclasses are nice, our facilities are amazing. However if I had to change a single thing about the school, it would be the food. At our old location, we had cheese stuffed breadsticks, huge 50 cent cookies, and non-sugar-free coffee that was bigger than a 12 oz. I miss getting good drinks like mocha big trains in the morning. And I also miss the amazing cheese filled breadsticks. The food is not good at all. It taste bland and artificial most of the time. And we do NOT have an open campus which is unfortunate because I'd rather go somewhere else for lunch then here. We have a brand new principal and she is amazing! Hopefully she can make some changes. We have a huge problem with bullying and fighting at our school as well. And I'd like to let any newcomers know, just because we have a fancy school, doesn't mean it's the best education. Are test scores have always been pretty low. Facility wise, they should have put lights in on our fields, the batting cages are on the wrong sides as well. The wrestling room is quite disappointing in my opinion. I do however love the football field, the gymnasium (I do miss the second story), the auditorium, and the library (one of my favorite parts). My favorite part about the whole building is the studio photography/videography room! It's amazing! And great for future photographer/videographers.
