I liked the Peargatory a lot. I am often drawn to perry ciders often and this one was no exception in the matter. The Honey Bubbles was very good as well as it was more of a dry Rosé ciderbut with a little bit of sweetness. The Chimera was a cheery apple cider and that one was pretty good but a wasn't one of my favorites as was the Cold Smoke which came across heavier on my pallette. None of the ciders were bad, I just had some favorites. In fact in this part of Washington state I am not so sure you can go wrong with any cidery you go to. Nothing too exotic with this cider other than it's a straight up wonderfully tasting hard apple cider with just the right amount of sweetness which most importantly gives me the impression I'm drinking a cider and not a soda pop. This cider is alive and vibrant and just gives continued confirmation that this is an area of the state where the standards and quality of local cideries and apples are quite high to ensure a rewarding experience.

My tasting included pours of their pinot gris, rose, cabernet sauvignon, a Stemilt Creek cab franc and a bold "GST" red blend. They were all wonderful, but the pinot gris was the best I've ever had. No really - I'm already home in Bham and kicking myself for not getting more. The service was also top notch. Owner Cindy was so friendly, answering my questions and making me feel at home. They switch up the types of ciders for the slushie machine, I think mine had a peach flavor and something else. We had some tastings of their regular cider too and it was all delicious.
