During the cleaning one of the diamonds in my band was loose and ended up falling out in the cleanser. I didn't realize until I got back to the hotel, but of course when I realized I panicked! I went back to Art Connection to ask if he had noticed the stone or if we could look for it. Luis drained the cleanser to find it, tested to make sure it was my diamond and that it fit, then reset it and checked all of the other diamonds in the band while he was at it, all at no charge.
