I have been to a few pawn shops and this one was great, very well organized and super friendly staff to answer all your questions, my wife enjoyed looking at the jewelry while I looked at the music equipment and tools. The tools for sale were all over the board, from screw drivers to nail guns, I did see some really nice wet tile saws , table saws, skil saws , air compressors . My wife looked at a few gold rings and a watch. There were remote control cars, helmets, guns , golf clubs, pretty much anything you could think of. Not a great selection but not horrible either. Guns are mostly overpriced....especially for pawnshop used weapons. I was in there for 5 or 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me or tried to help....hence the low rating. There are much better gun shop option in town like The Armory, which is where I ended up buying a pistol brand new for less than this place wanted for a used one. read more

Here is my 2¢...l like to shop and support local small businesses and l also like to be green and try and purchase gently used items as to not add more energy consumption making a new product. I do all my shopping at this store , for Christmas and birthdays. Every item I have bought here has been a hit! AND....I save a million dollars too. Why pay retail for new stuff when you can buy practically anything from here. My grandson wanted to try snowboarding, they decked him out with quality equipment at a fraction of what you pay retail. My husband wanted a new Nikon camera, which we could never afford, even used on Craigslist or facebook marketplace. At Cash Connection, they hooked me up with a camera I could have never afforded. Offer low prices when you're selling but overcharge when you're buying. Went to sell an Msi G32 1440p 165hz monitor. (Still sells for $499.99 new at Walmart) They offered me $50. They take advantage of the people that need the money right away, and so they get away with these ridiculous low balls. Probably the reason they hardly ever sell anything, is because their idea of pricing is way off. read more

I have to admit, the first few times I went in here a few years back, it was just the typical pawnshop where they really don't have time for you and they'll give you absolute bottom dollar for everything, but now they're quite amazing. The prices are pretty reasonable on everything and they give quite a bit more than they used to when you sell them something. The layaway plan here is perfect and so lenient. They'll take trade-ins for partial payment of an item also. The staff is always so helpful and they answer your questions in a professional manner. The selection of product they carry is quite extensive for a pawn shop also, which is nice! I really enjoy coming in here. I definitely plan on buying and selling here more often now :) read more

ok,this is your typical pawn shop.....they wait smiling for desperate people. Well, I live paycheck to paycheck and I needed some money for a school book. I brought in a Tiffany silver necklace that sells for 225.00 at tiffiany's and they gave me 60.00 for it Now we all know that once you sell something they ask for your driver's license.....well, today I realized that Cash Connection still had my DL....I called and asked if they could stick it in an envelope and mail it back to me, since my address is right on front. They would not do it, they complained about having to pay the stampage for the envelope. So they offered to just throw my DL in the mail and hope for the best. I could have gone anywhere and not only will I never go back, but I will never pawn anything again. Dude, you took my DL, it was your responsibility to give it back...... read more

I've gotten good deals on guitars there definately a plus but they dont give you what your true value of your pawned items are really worth .. If i had to pawn something id rather sell it cause they give you a few dollars more.. But all in all dont pawn your stuff.. read more

Dont ever pawn your items here, these people are crooks. My mother pawned a few items there that she has been paying on for over a year. The other day she attempted to go in and pay again but when she was handing the slip to the attendant, she noticed it was for a necklace. She pawned a few rings so she asked why the slip had a different item on it. they looked into it and apparently my mother had someone else's slip and has been paying for it for almost a year. That means that they had sold most of her rings and she has been paying for someone else's stuff for all this time. Once they noticed what had happened their reaction was extremely unprofessional. They blamed my mother for never looking at the slip. She has bad eyesight and wouldn't have noticed. They told her that she must have "found that slip" and that she "should never pawn her jewelry because, things happen" what a bunch of criminals. We all know what happened. She paid for her slip and they handed her back the wrong one. My mother was obviously upset so they allowed my mother to purchase her remaining ring that had not been sold yet for $20. Can you honestly believe that? What horrible people! They should not be in business. They also took the other persons slip and did not reimburse her for what she has been paying on. My mother would be leaving this review but she is unfortunately not able to do so so she asked that I do it for her. Cash Connection, you should be ashamed of yourselves. read more
