I personally love using the cash Canada in Medicine Hat , Alberta. I have been using them for about 4 years now. And because I am a single mother living off of a very very small income. Sometimes I absolutely have to use there services . and I have never ever had a problem with there services, or there employees, or the manager. In fact I think that they are a wonderful group of people that work there and they are always fair as well too . They are extremely understanding and have always tried to make every interaction with them a good one . In fact there has been many times that they have gone over and above for myself and also for a few family members that have also used there services a whole bunch of times as well . I find that using vulgar language in front of a customer by the regional manager and trying to overcharge to pick up a pawn in which was placed on the shelve for resale is not right. We had made 5 attempts to retrieve our property, but we were always told that the IT department, had to deal with releasing the items because there had been a mistake and all items were placed for sale. A brand-new Band saw still in the box had been previously sold, this saw was never used, the price of this item was $249.00, we paid our pawn fee in full but never received any compensation for the saw.
