After a couple of months I was disappointed in one of the pairs. The glasses felt two heavy and large for my face and kept sliding down. The frames were of good quality, but they just didn't seem to fit. I went back to Optics International, just to see if there was anything they could do to make them fit better. I explained everything to them, and could not believe when they said I could return the glasses and pick out another pair. I found another pair of frames and in about two weeks I had a complete new pair of glasses. I have never had another eyeglass company do that. I purchased glasses at another place several years ago and the plastic color on the frames actually pealed off and I had to fight to get them to replace the frames. I will definitely purchase all my glasses there from now on. The glasses may cost more than some of the cheaper places, but you get two pairs and the services is great and they back up their product. Well worth the difference in price.

Honestly shocked that nothing has been done about her, especially upon learning that she's consistently this way towards people. All I did was try asking some questions regarding the pharmacy and she felt the need to throw insults at me and make it well established that my 2-3 questions were considered by her to be a complete inconvenience and waste of her time. For $500.00 for a set of glasses and now the legs of the glasses (Made of some flexible material) are falling apart! About 2 years. I no longer have a nose piece or a forehead piece, Gotta love the money coming in for sub par glasses and then charging them again for replacement's which should never happen.
