As I live a couple hours away this was a major pain as I couldn't drop it off even though I arrived when they were supposed to be open. Alberta Senior Assistance has advised me to seek a different dental office due to the poor customer…read morecare I experienced at Crestwood Dental Clinic. I visited Crestwood for a consultation and received a written quote for the required dental work. However, after the procedure, I was charged an additional $50. As a senior on a fixed income, that extra cost could mean going without food for a week. Unfortunately, I can't eat much anyway. The two teeth that were filled are now extremely sensitive to hot, cold, and pressure--symptoms I didn't have before the procedure. This discomfort has made it difficult to breathe through my mouth, and I can't drink or eat anything hot or cold. To make matters worse, I can't wear the partial denture I paid $600 for because the anchors are too painful to insert. Crestwood Dental has refused to take responsibility for these issues, claiming the dentist who performed the work no longer works there. I am currently reporting Crestwood Dental Clinic to the Alberta Dental Association.
