Not only are they incredibly flexible with their staff and scheduling- I have actually had to cancel them the day of and they were able to reschedule within the week if not the next day. Their cleaning is impeccable. I thought after the recent snows and the now old Christmas tree I would never clear my floors of salt and pine needles. One trip from these ladies and the laminate floors are cleaner than when we moved in. I can't tell you the guilty pleasure we get after a long day of work, tear off our shoes and socks, and enjoy walking on the laminate floor and nothing sticks!! They really get every nook and cranny!! I knew we wanted a cleaning service moving to this new assignment in Richmond but wasn't sure if it would be affordable or feasible to have a cleaning service but Irma H.
